I liked everything, the location is perfect, close to the sea, everything is nearby, private territory of a closed type. It was important to be able to rest with the dog, and here you can. All amenities are available, everything necessary for a stay is also available.

An incredible place to relax! The apartment is designed in a stylish Greek style — every detail is thought out with love. The windows have a breathtaking view of the sea, and we were lucky enough to meet the dawn just from the terrace — an unforgettable moment. I especially liked the large bathtub — the perfect place to unwind after a day of walking. The comfortable bed, quiet and privacy created a feeling of complete peace. An ideal place to reboot 🧘

I stayed in this apartment for one day – I liked everything! Clean, cozy, perfect conditions for a comfortable stay. Good location, everything you need at your fingertips. The apartment is modern and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are underfloor heating, a washing machine with a dryer, a robot vacuum cleaner and other amenities. A place to work is also provided. The apartment is located in a closed area where there is a parking lot that costs 100 UAH per day. Although the distance from the center is a bit far, it is quiet and peaceful, which contributes to a comfortable stay.

Rested in early August. Very nice and welcoming hosts. Everything is very clean and cozy in the house. There is everything for a comfortable living. Very satisfied with the rest. The sea is not far away. Thanks for a nice getaway. We'll come again. Recommended👌

Wonderful place with a wonderful host. We were immediately warned about the temporary lack of some amenities, but we loved the photos so much that we still arrived. Lesya is very hospitable, friendly, kind and caring: she met us, showed us everything, told us, helped to feel comfortable, was always in touch, gladly and enthusiastically answered all questions and requests, recommended interesting places to visit and worried about us during anxieties. The house is located on the same plot with Lesin, in the yard is very beautiful: the landscape design is delightful! You have an aesthetic pleasure. The house has everything you need, and if something is missing, the host will be happy to provide you with everything. The inside is very cozy, quiet and calm. There is a basement. Beautiful design carefully and thought out in detail. Separately, I want to note the impeccable cleanliness everywhere that struck me! I thought there was no one in the house before us, so everything was washed and cleaned. Thank you so much Lesya!

Nice stylish place. New and clean. Nice view from house territory, but you need to walk to the beach about 5-7 minutes. Recommended if you want to stay outside the city in quiet place. On the territory are other apartments. Hosts are very friendly and ready to help anytime.

Nice house with its own yard and garage. In the yard there is a swimming pool and a children's slide with a swing, which the children really liked, even more than the sea:) There are two beaches nearby ( on the territory of Sovinion), both clean and not crowded, which was also pleasantly surprising. The entire area of Sauvinon is closed and guarded, so it is quite quiet and peaceful. Within 100 meters there is a restaurant with delicious cuisine, especially delicious dishes for children. Nearby there is a shop where you can buy fresh marinated meat ( and many more homemade cooking) of many species, it turned out to be so delicious that you had to cook on the grill almost every day. I recommend the house to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the sea peacefully and comfortably.

I really liked the apartment and the owner! They allowed us to check in earlier, which was very convenient. The apartment is clean, bright and cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: washing machines, hygiene products, hair dryer, iron, dryer, tea, coffee, air conditioning and smart TV. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. We recommend it!☺️

We stayed in this apartment and were absolutely delighted! The apartment is spacious, cozy and very clean. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail, everything is done with care for guests – comfortable furniture, fresh repairs, good appliances. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: from dishes and bed linen to fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The location was also pleasant – nearby shops, cafes and a convenient transport interchange. Special thanks to the hostess! Very nice, friendly and hospitable. I was always in touch, helped with any questions, and check-in and check-out went quickly and without problems. Feel free to recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay and would love to come back again!

Maksym was a great host. The view of the Black Sea is amazing! The apartment is brand new, and is a 15 min walk from all the night life. We would come back again! The safe was a plus for passports.
