Very cozy apartment. In a small area there is everything you need and even a lot of free space! Really good planning. In general, it is clean and cozy, if possible, I will come again. By the way, a nice compact kitchen, it is possible to cook almost everything you want (except for culinary masterpieces using a mixer, because there is no mixer).

There were only positive impressions of the place. It was very nice that Stanislav allowed to check in earlier as our train arrived early in the morning. The location of the property played a big role, because it saved a lot of time on the road. There is a grocery store and coffee shop right under the house. The property has everything you need for a long and short stay.

I've stayed twice. I love this neighborhood. I might come again. Ideally, I would add a microwave. Clean, cozy, the location is excellent. Thank you, Sergei and Marina, it was nice to communicate.

Everything was great. We wanted to stay for a couple more days, but unfortunately the accommodation was already booked. It's convenient that everything is at hand. Even a bomb shelter.

The apartment is in the city center, all the necessary places are within easy reach. I love this neighborhood, I was born there, grew up and spent my entire conscious life. My daughter is delighted with the apartment! Bright, cozy, comfortable and, what is important for me, in my native district!) Check-in and check-out went great)

Great apartment with a great location. Even the lack of water due to the accident in the city did not significantly worsen the impression of the housing. Arcadia is a 10-minute walk, a shop and a pharmacy are right outside the house. Apartment with the best sunrises, I recommend it!)

Very nice , spacious apartment in a good location . Arcadia where there are many cafes , restaurants and shopping centers only 200 m away. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for comfort. Nice terrace with a warm jacuzzi that I didn't want to leave . Definitely one of the best options for this price. We'll definitely be back .

I liked everything, the location is perfect, close to the sea, everything is nearby, private territory of a closed type. It was important to be able to rest with the dog, and here you can. All amenities are available, everything necessary for a stay is also available.
