The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.

It has two bedrooms, sofa bed in the living area with flat TV, bathroom with shower and towels, full kitchen with oven, glass ceramic, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and washing machine. It is located in the center of the village with supermarket, pharmacy, cashier, playground and cafeteria just over 100m away. It is 2km from the Viking Towers of West, and at the entrance of the Ría de Arousa with quick access to all the beaches.
