Holiday houses in Offida

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Lucia is a caring host and attentive to the needs of guests! We felt right at home. The accommodation is characteristic, well-kept, super clean and offers the right privacy. The outdoor space makes you feel lucky to have discovered a place immersed in nature just a few minutes from the center of Ascoli. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but it left us with the desire to return to the house on the river as soon as possible. Thanks again to Lucia and her family for the wonderful experience.

Amazing place and town is extremely beautiful, I highly recommend if you want to stay in a old and historic place in Italy, I hope I can come back one day, the house is in the middle of the town and you couldn't ask for a better location and house. My family and I loved. If you are looking for an amazing experience I recommend this house, it's very clean and very comfortable.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

We were looking for a quiet place to spend some time in complete relaxation and we found it. A breathtaking landscape surrounds the property along with the calm and tranquility of the Marche hills. The icing on the cake was the apartment's private pool. The place is really quiet, no noise except that of nature. The farmhouse is about a ten-minute drive from all the essential amenities. The farmhouse has a equipped kitchen, sheets/towels. Very important note the structure is pet friendly, my little dog was able to enjoy the vacation with us. I wanted to thank Marco who welcomed us with extreme kindness and left us valuable advice to orient ourselves in the area. The cake he made us find when we arrived was also very welcome. We hope to be back soon! Thanks again ❤️

The location is good you can go by car or on foot , (15 to 20 min) both to the beach and supermarket, restaurants and more, but keep in mind that at night you can hear the sound of the highway even if you have everything closed, the area is safe and quiet, the apartment is as the photos, it is spacious and inside everything is comfortable, you can cook without problem, also works the washing machine and washing dishes, the bathroom it has full shower but there is no bidet, the bed is not very hard but it makes a lot of noise when you move especially if you are heavy, there is no air conditioning and in hot weather it is definitely necessary especially in the terrace area, you can not use much that area because it does not have a mosquito and with the rain there are quite a few mosquitoes , there is a little humidity inside the house being ground floor, a little of ants in the kitchen, however we had a good time and Giuseppe was very friendly always responded quickly and I try to fix everything shortly.

Lovely place, very nice new apartment with beautiful views of the Marche hills in a quiet area, ideal for visiting the many places of interest and to reach the sea. A unique and overwhelming experience! Ideal for spending a day away from the city and in full contact with nature. The stilt house is a magical and enchanted place surrounded by greenery where you can observe the landscape of the forest. The interior of the structure is cared for in every detail, a mini SPA with a Japanese bath makes the stay romantic and pleasant. The owner Annalisa is super kind and helpful, ready to accommodate any request. The aperitif with cured meats and cheeses accompanied by their wine is truly out of this world! We were also able to eat the pizza from the property's wood-fired oven, which was very good! I would say it was a super experience and one to be repeated!
