It is a renovated, room-only, private house surrounded by trees, located on a stone wall where rivers converge. There are no buildings in sight, and you can enjoy the sound of the river, the sound of birds, and a sense of unity with nature. The water is spring water (water quality has been inspected). Depending on the season, people come and go on the river next to the inn to play in the river and go to Kappa Falls. If the weather is good, you can play in the river, BBQ with the ingredients you bring, You can also enjoy a fire. (Please be careful when handling fire.) When it rains, you can enjoy the ingredients you brought over the charcoal fire in the Irori fireplace in the room, or cook while listening to the sound of the river, as we also provide cooking utensils, a range, and dishes. If you go up the promenade along the river, there is also "Kappa Falls" about 150 meters away. Please prepare food and beverages for dinner, etc. before check-in. It takes 20 minutes by car to the supermarket. The road is unpaved and narrow 400 m before the old house, so it is difficult to find, If you come to "Camu Tsubakiyama", we will guide you.

黒川温泉街から車で5分（黒川温泉バス停から1.5キロ）、一棟貸温泉付き別荘です。 別荘内にWIFI、調理用具＆家電、岩風呂温泉、お手洗い、寝具を完備しており、一泊から長期滞在まで快適に過ごせます。 特に、黒川一帯の温泉の質は多くの方に好評されています。この別荘地の泉質：ナトリウムー硫酸塩·塩化物·炭酸水素塩温泉であり、保温力が高く「温まりの湯」と言われ、浴用では神経痛、冷え症、関節性リウマチなどの症状を軽減すると言われています。 温泉水の水温は、泉源のところで約摂氏70度があります。室内に流れてくると摂氏50度前後があり、とても熱く感じられます。 しかし、冬季に気温が氷点下になると、室内に流れてくる温泉が熱く感じられないこともあります。 別荘は標高800ｍ強の高台にあり、緑に囲まれ、夏はエアコンに頼らずに自然の風で。秋冬は源泉温泉にゆっくり浸かり、お体を温めることができます。冬の寒い日には、1階エアコン1台と2階のエアコン（暖房）2台で部屋を暖かくすることができます。 緑がいっぱいで、源泉が部屋の中に引き込まれている別荘で、ご家族やご友人と、ごゆっくりお寛ぎください。
