This is a 2-story house in a convenient location 10 minutes by Meitetsu train from Nagoya station and just 1 minute on foot from Kokufu-miya station. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the station, you can spend a relaxing time. Free parking is available on the premises. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to use it. Near the house is Kokufu Shrine, famous for its Hadaka Festival, about a 3-minute walk to the approach and about 5 minutes to the main hall. Why don't you take a leisurely stroll? Within walking distance, there are supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, karaoke, banks, police boxes, and other facilities that are convenient for daily life. From Nagoya Station, you can use the Shinkansen, trains, buses, etc., making it very convenient to access cities such as Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Gifu.
