Our place is situated at the beautiful Ohope beach, 2 minute walk from a very popular swimming and surfing beach (great for learners), 5-7 minute drive to shops, wharf, golf course, bush walks, restaurant and cafes. We offer unlimited wifi, a smart tv in bedroom, card games and kids toys, a deck with a BBQ, large sunshade an equipped kitchen for cooking or baking.

We welcome you to our home, which has views of the ocean and farmland. The guest area is located on the ground floor. Only a 10 minute stroll into the township of Whakatane, and five minute drive to Ohope Beach, voted one of the safest surf beaches in NZ. The entrance to the famous Nga Tapuwai O Toi walking track is only 2 minutes from our home. If you are into astronomy, the Whakatane Observatory is steps away from our property, open to the public Tuesday and Friday evenings.

Please note the house sleeps 4 the extra sleeping accommodation is in the caravan. You will need your own linen if you wish to use this.
