Relax in the middle of nature on the banks of the Simojoki river! There's plenty of room for kids in the yard. From the yard you can get to the forest, where there are paths and in winter sled tracks. The house has a kitchen, wood-fired sauna, washing machine, dryer, TV, air heat pump, Wi-Fi and a view of the Simojoki river. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! A barbecue hut in the yard and a lean-to on the beach! Also ask about activities that can be arranged on site! Electric car charging for a different fee - to be agreed!

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and come and enjoy the perfect silence. This winter-inhabitable cottage is located in its own peace in the middle of nature, without any close neighbors. The place offers privacy, a spacious yard and the shelter of the woods in all seasons. In winter, the bright starry sky, the moonlight and the possible northern lights create a wonderful atmosphere, while in summer the sounds of nature and peace fill the days. An ideal destination for relaxation, telecommuting, or a nature holiday when you need a real break.

Nice cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Villa Wanha Hamina

In the historic Old Hamina, Iin, the apartment in the courtyard of a detached house is an atmospheric stopover about 500m from the highway. Iijoki is a stone's throw away, you can even see a glimpse of it from the window. The main building is home to a family of three. The municipality of Ii is known for its culture and art, and the host Minna can tell you about the history, sights and culture of Ii. Ii's services are close and Oulu is a 30-minute drive. The apartment has been completely renovated in the spring of 2024.

Studio at the end of a detached house on the second floor. There is a code lock on the door. The property is located on the north side of Oulu along the highway near Oulu Ideapark. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed Karup design (size 140x200). The kitchen is well-equipped, including an induction stove, an integrated dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Coffee, and kettle and microwave can be found in the breakfast cupboard. Washing machine in the bathroom. Pets for an extra charge. Free parking.
