The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

On the side of the cabin, there is a double bed, a sofa for two, a small table and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker. In addition, a bathroom/toilet, sauna and terrace. Gas grill on the terrace. Log cabin approx. 80m2, upstairs sleeping area divided into two parts, one with a wide double bed, balcony and the other with a slightly smaller double bed and a fold-out bed. The upstairs sleeping area can accommodate 6 people. Downstairs there is an open kitchen/living room. Access to the sauna from the terrace, the sauna has a wood-fired stove with a water tank. The water used for washing must be prepared by yourself (no shower). The toilet (outdoor toilet) and the wooden toilet are in another building.
