Unwind in the midst of nature at Simojoki's campground! There's plenty of room for kids in the yard. From the yard, you can access the forest, where there are trails and, in winter, sled tracks. Walking dogs in nature is easy. The house features a kitchen, a wood-fired sauna, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV, an air-source heat pump, Wi-Fi, and a view of the Simojo River. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! A barbecue cabin in the yard and a lean-to shelter on the beach! Also, ask about activities that can be arranged on-site! Nice cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Log cabin approx. 80m2, upstairs sleeping area divided into two parts, one with a wide double bed, balcony and the other with a slightly smaller double bed and a fold-out bed. The upstairs sleeping area can accommodate 6 people. Downstairs there is an open kitchen/living room. Access to the sauna from the terrace, the sauna has a wood-fired stove with a water tank. The water used for washing must be prepared by yourself (no shower). The toilet (outdoor toilet) and the wooden toilet are in another building.

Talvisin joen jäältä löydät kalastuspaikkoja hiihtoladut, paljon kävelyreittejä sekä kelkkailu-uria. Kesäisin voit nauttia uimisesta veneilystä tai kalastuksesta. Rannassa oma laituri veneellesi. Päärakennuksessa asuu kolmihenkinen perhe. Iin kunta on tunnettu kulttuurista ja taiteesta ja majoittaja Minna osaa halutessanne kertoa Iin historiasta, nähtävyyksistä ja kulttuurista. Iin palvelut ovat lähellä ja Ouluun 30min ajomatka. Asunto on kauttaaltaan remontoitu keväällä 2024.
