Villa holiday rentals in Oistins

The four of us, (2 adults, 2 children - 13 and 9 year old) had such an amazing holiday. Paul and Nicky are excellent hosts with quick and friendly responses to our questions and loads of info about the local area and recommendations. The villa was awesome. Very clean, plenty of space for the four of us with two ensuite bedrooms and a fantastic location. Beds were big and comfy and the kitchen was big enough for a couple of family meals. Location was excellent with it just being a three min walk to an amazing beach and access to sun loungers courtesy of Fairmont Pavillion hotel passes. The shared pool is also a great additon. I would recommend hiring a car if you want to do some food shopping and see more of the island. Although the reggae reggae buses are pretty frequent and quite an experience, having a car makes it so much easier to get around. Barbados and the people are fantastic. Very friendly and we felt very safe. Highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. Thanks so much to Dawn and Mark for always getting back to us and for being so helpful with any local questions we had. We felt very welcome and didn’t want to leave! We stayed with our 2 young daughters who loved the pool. They also enjoyed the pool at Paul Owen’s. The local restaurants are lovely and Masey’s supermarket being walking distance was helpful. We also walked to Paynes beach which is 25 minutes towards Bridgetown direction but would highly recommend it! Peaceful beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. A beach bar with great food and we saw turtles. Don’t forget your snorkel!!

We had an amazing week at Craig’s villa. The place was even better in person than the photos. We loved the private backyard and the direct access to the mini pool and footsteps away from a bigger pool behind us. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Sharper knives or a knife sharpener would have been nice since we cooked a lot. The washer and dryer available was very helpful as we constantly had to dry our towels! The location was perfect for a family with young children as it was quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa. There is plenty of room for 6 people. It is just a 7 minute walk to the beach and a 25 minute walk into Speightstown. The pool is amazing and really well kept. The only thing that could make this villa even better is to add an en-suite shower room the massive bedroom.

The house was in a lovely location to experience the local culture. It is a friendly community of Vila’s with very friendly people. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to Batts Rock beach which is one of my favourite on the island. This villa is perfect to escape the high tourism of Holetown and Bridgetown.

Great 7 days- no complaints. Kids enjoyed the private and communal pools. Very responsive host and property manager. So, very pleasant stay overall.

If you are looking to get away from it all, look no further. Inchcape Villas makes it easy to escape to Paradise. The Sunrise Villa has stunning panoramic views from every angle. The kitchen appliances are new and full size allowing you cook big meals. Kitchen is well stocked. Large dining room/living room are inviting and a great place to relax. Access to wifi allows you to stay connected. The master bed is large with ample closets, a safe, and an ensuite bathroom. A patio outside the bedroom is perfect for viewing the morning sunrise. However, the main draw to this particular villa is the wrap around patio with several relaxing spaces. Beyond the accommodations, the staff is what really makes this place special. The manager, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and the owners do everything possible to make your stay exactly what you want it to be. We had a wonderful eight day stay. The Villa was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. David was very friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and peaceful. The villa was even nicer than the pictures portrayed.

I had an amazing stay at Colin and Stacie’s place! The accommodation was exactly as described and even exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Colin and Stacie were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The location was great , with easy access to local attractions and amenities. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay, and I would definitely book again in the future!

Wonderful place right on the water. Even more beautiful than the pictures show. The chef was absolutely amazing. The food she prepared was amazing! If you’re looking for a nice getaway to get a real taste of Barbados, I would highly recommend this place. If you’re renting a car, be advised that parking is a little tight.

Beautiful villa! Spent a few days here to celebrate my girlfriend’s 28th birthday and it was everything we could’ve imagined! The view is amazing, barbados is such a lovely place. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Thank you for helping me put together a personal chef for the birthday girl! The villa was so amazing we didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

This spacious 4 bed villa set in a beautiful location is in the perfect place to relax! Conveniently situated near the large resort swimming pool and gym. Great view over the perfectly manicured golf course with tiny birds and monkeys to watch. Hospitality was faultless and couldn't have done enough for us. Batteries recharged, just what we all needed. Annabelle's is an absolutely unique property, and we feel so privileged to have stayed there. Fraser was a wonderful host, so responsive and full of helpful recommendations and suggestions. the very few teething issues were sorted by him during our stay, with the help of Neville, the property manager. Fraser and his team went above and beyond in their efforts to make our stay as stress free as possible, arranging car hire and airport pick ups. The location is stunning. Words are not enough to express the views, the beaches and the sunsets! we have never, and will never again stay anywhere quite as spectacular. It is worth remembering that Anabelle's is a traditional Bajan house. There is no air-con, and the sea is noisy at night. You will be visited by the local bugs, so pack repellent and ear plugs if you are a light sleeper; but when you wake up in the morning and throw open the shutters- it will all be forgotten! This is a beautiful villa with so much charm.. the wrap around porch is the center of it all.. we spent mornings, afternoons and late nights enjoying the porch. We rented the whole villa and the cottage close to it for a group of 15 and we hand so much space! The kitchen is well equipped and had EVERYTHING we needed from place mats to wine glasses and matching China for a sit down dinner setting for our large group. We booked the Chef for one dinner and it was amazing! you should definitely do it, he shopped, cooked, did service and cleaned up! Food was amazing and i personally recommend having the warm chocolate chip bread pudding by him.. amazing!! The staff cleaned and tidy the villa and rooms every morning, the ladies were super helpful and friendly, this is an ideal location for a large group enjoying Barbados. Just book it! :)

Tamarind Villa met all of our expectations. It was clean and kept clean by a housekeeper every couple of days. The house was only a few minutes' drive to Holetown - with great stores and restaurants, and close to the beach. Our family of four enjoyed walking to the clubhouse in the evening for a swim and we had dinner and drinks on several occasions at the restaurant on-site. Not to mention there is a picture-perfect sunset view from the pool deck of the clubhouse. Tamarind Villa and the staff at One Caribbean Estates were exceptional.

If you’re looking for a private quiet spacious space to relax, unwind and rest then Ridge View is perfect. Everything is just as described- From the view on the back veranda to bathing by the pool, doing our laundry under the sun, we had everything we needed and really felt at home and at peace. Mauva, who manages the villa, was always available and checked we were ok from time to time. The air fryer really came in handy too, but if you don’t feel like cooking there’s a place called the ocho ríos bullpen about 10min drive away- we LOVED their take on fish and chips! Would defo recommend and would defo stay here again. Thank you so much Sylvia & Mauva

All hosts and co hosts are amazing ! Jelisa who greeted us at the villa was very welcoming and sweet , she made us very comfortable to ask questions. Daniell was exceptional !!! She sent so many things to do and places to go which made our stay easier & she was a huge help overall with barbados transportation, directions and things like that she is awesome. Huge thanks to the entire team but especially Jelisa and Daniell ( sorry if my spelling is wrong ) you guys are the phenomenal and we will be back as well as recommend ;)!

Sea Breeze is the perfect getaway spot! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow is located in a beautifully maintained and secure community at the Villages at Coverley. Just a quick 5-minute drive from the airport, we were relaxing on the private verandah by the pool in no time less than an hour after landing! The home is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to settle in right away. The location is ideal for both short and extended stays, and the peaceful surroundings add to the relaxing vibe. Highly recommend Sea Breeze for anyone looking for a serene, convenient base in Barbados. The host is was very friendly and quick at responding. Thank you for having us!

We have just returned home from 6 fabulous weeks at this gorgeous house. From pre booking enquiries to check out both Michelle and the house manager Sonya have been quick to respond, attentive, accommodating and easy to approach. Sonya checked in with us regularly throughout our stay which was greatly appreciated, and we really felt that both were genuinely invested in us enjoying every aspect of the house and our stay in Barbados. The house is in a quiet residential area of Oistins which we wanted and very conveniently situated for all our trips out. We did hire a car but we also enjoyed walking into Oistins and to the local brewery and variety shore/rum shop. Nothing was too much trouble for Michelle or Sonya and they contributed greatly to our very happy stay in Barbados Thank you both and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property

This is our second stay at Karen's place and we have absolutely loved it. It has felt like a home from home and we find the energy of the place so uplifting and so peaceful. This beautiful villa is a short walk away from breathtaking beaches, glorious sunsets and friendly bars. We truly wouldn't want to stay anywhere else and Karen is absolutely wonderful to communicate is; as is Crystal the villa's lovely agent. Thank you Karen for another unforgettable holiday xx

An absolutely perfect stay. Will definitely be returning to The Pink House! Check In: Seamless. Sent lockbox code before check-in time, opened to access key. The house: clean, organized, nice and bright. You will feel safe and secure. The upstairs bedroom and patio were fantastic. Real King bed was comfortable. Great A/C. Comfy hotel-style white bed sheets. Lots of closet space. Ensuite bathroom is bright and clean. Shower very nice. Kitchen has everything you need. It works. Sitting room is cozy enough. Back deck and plunge pool are the stars of the show. Indeed they were as amazing as they look! Spent much of our trip using it, sunny most of the day. Beach, while coral-y, does the trick! Nice sandy beaches to enjoy nearby. Lovely breeze constantly blowing. Away from touristy area so need to have vehicle and groceries to cook. Could easily entertain others as well! Pool was a great way to cool down! We’d stay again!
