The house is carefully renovated with many charming details such as tiled stove or fireplace in all rooms, two lovely bathrooms with bath and shower. In the kitchen, there is a dining area. On the lower floor, there is a dining room and a games room. The garden is large, with mature trees, a spacious terrace with a dining table and grill, a pizza oven, a playhouse, swings, and a trampoline. The garden consists of several "rooms", breakfast, evening drink and sunbathing area can be in different locations. A stone wall surrounds the yard.

The house is located in the area of Björklunda, which is 3 km north of Burgsvik, where there is a well-stocked ICA store, as well as restaurants, a child-friendly beach, large swimming pool, sauna, library, gas station and other shops. 1 km north of the cottage is the nice Käldhagens sandy beach. And almost next door is Gåsen Out with paddle tennis, boules and beach volleyball. Welcome!

In southern Gotland lies our unique home – a modern interpretation of the Gotland barn in burnt spruce and untreated concrete, with large glass sections that blur the boundary between inside and outside. Here, you can find peace and quiet right away. You swim in the 32-degree pool, cook with local ingredients and let the evenings take their time. The house is completely self-sufficient in electricity via solar cells and batteries. We are happy to share the place that for us means calm, presence and enjoyment of life – and hope that you will feel the same.

You clean up after yourself after your stay and you have to bring your own bed linens and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. Rebuilt and newly renovated forge in limestone located on the small parish road in Grötlingbo, next to the medieval Kattlunds Museum Farm. The house is part of our farm building where you have two separate patios. The lower floor has a living room with limestone floors with underfloor heating and a large fireplace. A smaller kitchen area that is fully equipped and a bedroom with two beds in a bunk bed. The upper floor has a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed. Newly-built bathroom in extension with separate entrance.

The house is located privately with a 10-minute beautiful walk down to Djupvik's beach, ice cream and restaurant. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6-8. Morning and evening sun on different sides of the house. Hammocks in the edge of the forest. There is a guest house on the property that can also be rented. It has 5 beds and its own ad here on AirBnB. You can purchase cleaning for SEK 1,500. Otherwise, you clean up yourself on departure.

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. A traditional Gotland farm by the sea, alone located at the end of the headland. View from the windows out over the sea and shore meadows. Adjacent to a nature reserve with many different birds, great for bird watching! The sea is just a few steps away, hike through the meadows with wild flowers, the long beach with untouched soft sand, stretches one km. The surroundings, the light, the sky – especially the stars at night – the "Milky Way".

Relax in this peaceful, simple and affordable farmhouse with 5 beds. Here you can avoid WiFi and maybe have a lovely family vacation without screen time. The cottage is under renovation but is no problem to stay in as it is right now. Electricity is available, small kitchenette with stove, refrigerator. Dishes are washed outside the door. Toilet with composting toilet indoors. Water is available in the yard that you can fetch yourself. We wash ourselves as the Gotlanders do in the summer in the sea.
