Awesome experience. Everything was clean, looked just like the listing description, and the perfect location to the beach. The place is also great if you are traveling with little ones because a pack n play and baby bath tub were available for use. I would definitely book again.

Liliana was a great host. Everything was exactly how it was advertised. On arrival the lobby of the building was a little shabby but once i got to the elevator it was great! The apartment was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was great too! I had everything i needed in the apartment plus an amazing view. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. Oriane is a super nice host and we felt very comfortable and safe at the condo. Place was clean and the amenities at the Yatch club were great.

The place was clean, the host very responsive, and the view spectacular. The only minor compliant was the A/C rattled in the wall occasionally but I am am very particular so many might not even notice. The value for the money was great.

A family of 6 using the space for 2 days before embarking on a cruise out of Miami. The condo was in excellent condition. It is on the 41st floor with an amazing view. Used the kitchen to make a few meals, well stocked with hardware. Workout facilities were fantastic with weights/bike/treadmill. Walmart walking distance for groceries or drinks. The beach is fantastic and right there. We went to the beautiful downtown Hollywood nearby (driving distance) with an amazing selection of restaurants. Just be aware of the parking and resort fees, and you will not be surprised by them. I think they were worth the experience. The front desk was nice and watched our things for a few hours. Would stay again.

Amazing view, great location, have lots of restaurants, grocery stores. Beach was very beautiful and right infront of the building. Amazing pool and amamenities! my family and I enjoyed this place and we will definitely be back! The host was very responsive, valet parking very friendly and efficient.

My 2 daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Alican Penthouse. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the essentials. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. It was a peaceful escape with restaurants, spas, gyms, hot and cold pools on site but still just a 10-minute drive from the restaurants , beaches, clubs, shops and malls. Looking forward to another visit.

Exceptionally clean, welcoming, 1 BR unit, with a well-stocked kitchen (Keurig coffee machine + pods, drip coffee machine + coffee), and very clean, ample, bathroom. Gym was nice and the pool area was lovely. Right on the beach! Carla was highly responsive.

They were very good hosts and very responsive. We would like to keep visiting same place again and again. View and home is extremely good.

You get whats advertised: a great penthouse appartement on top of the Grand. You can acces the gym and pool and the staff is very friendly. If feels like a hotel, but with the privacy+space of an airbnb- appartement. The communication with the hosts is very good, they even provide you with tips for restaurants and nightlife. 5/5

Dreamed Lugar. Just entering the apartment and facing the sea from a 39th floor is unparalleled and mind-blowing. The beds in the 3 rooms are spectacular!!! The resort pool is SUPER and host Mike is very attentive and diligent, he responds immediately to every query. I recommend not to miss this place that, although it does not fall into the economic category if I assure you that making an effort you will spend unforgettable days in this fabulous penthouse!!! I booked this Airbnb for my family visiting the area from out-of-state. They loved staying here! The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was perfect for the Florida weather. The BBQ worked really well for the cook-out we had. I highly recommend Lear's house for any large groups!

Irina was an amazing host! The home was immaculate and presented as described. Very clean, organized, and meticulously equipped with all necessities to create a comfortable stay. She was responsive and graciously catered to any requests. My daughters really enjoyed the pool, park and beach which was only a few miles away. Overall the stay was warm and enjoyable.
