In front of our house, which is sandwiched between the Hida-Buri Highway that connects the former Toyama and Takayama, there are the Nissho-bu Mingei Kan and the Yoshima residence, which are important cultural properties that show the rich cultural assets of Japan, and this area is designated as a preservation district for traditional buildings. You can enjoy the old town and beautiful scenery while experiencing historic buildings. It is a 2-minute walk to Miyagawa Morning Market and a 5-minute walk to Sakurayama Hachimangu Shrine, the site of the autumn Takayama Festival. The festival stall in this area is called Hōmeita, and it has a variety of decorations such as a palanquin and sculptures (1-minute walk to the stall). Enjoy Takayama's history to the fullest in an excellent location. <Building and Hida master carpenters> Built 145 years ago by a master craftsman from Hida, this building has been revived here by modern craftsmen. A model home of a construction company that builds wooden houses in Kiso, Shinshu.Located at the entrance to the vacation home area of the Kiso-Komagahara Highlands, it offers a sense of openness as it blends into the natural surroundings. A boundless sea of stars.A summer resort located at an altitude of approximately 900 meters. Experience the warmth and aroma of wood, with Kiso cypress pillars, Kiso cypress flooring, and Kiso larch beams. In winter, heating is provided by a wood-burning stove and solar thermal energy. How about reading in a hammock? On the premises, there is an office for the construction company and a restaurant operated by the company, where you can also have lunch. There is also a desk workspace, so you can use it for business trips, remote work, etc.Please work in a setting surrounded by nature. This is a small, renovated, 100-year-old earthen storehouse in a town in Ina Valley, Nagano Prefecture, where you can see the two Alps. The inn is run by a married couple who run a design office. It is a space where we designed it ourselves, created the parts we could with our own hands, and explored the possibilities of renovating the warehouse while cultivating the power to create our own lives. A 222-year-old traditional house in the center of Tsumago-juku is available for rent as a spacious, fully private space!

This is an old house built 221 years ago, located in the center of Tsumago-juku. The 20-tatami living room has a sunken hearth (currently unavailable) and you can enjoy the old Japanese private house. There are 3 bedrooms, so you can stay with a large number of people, such as family and friends. No meals are provided. You are welcome to use the full kitchen freely. There is a backyard at the end of the dirt floor that continues from the entrance, and you can walk around freely. Equipped with WiFi and an automatic lifting table, teleworking is also possible for long-term stays. Please have a relaxing time in this quiet old house. We look forward to seeing you ！
