A stone's throw away from the center of Savonlinna, as well as the market square. You can quickly walk to the apartment from the bus and train stations. It is possible to park the car for free in the guest parking spaces. The stunning park landscapes invite you to go outdoors and enjoy the surroundings of Lake Saimaa. Cottage by the lake

If you're looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city to the peace of nature, this is just for you. Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic dishes, television, radio, smoke detectors.

Spacious two-room apartment with sauna Near Olavinlinna

This spacious two-room apartment (65m2) is located in a quiet neighborhood near Olavinlinna, right on the shores of Lake Saimaa. The apartment has a private entrance, balcony, sauna and fully equipped kitchen. On the wall of the hallway, there is an air heat pump to ensure a comfortable temperature in summer and winter. The apartment is decorated with green plants. Free parking also in summer! Please note that this apartment is also my home. As a result, most of the cabinets are for my personal belongings.

Flat with three Bed Rooms for 5 persons in the Center. 6 Min walk to the Market Place and Harbor. 12 Min walk to the Castle Olavinlinna.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Villa Saimaa Swan Bay

In a modern cottage on the shores of Lake Saimaa, you can spend your holiday in a great setting. The large windows of the cottage overlook Lake Saimaa. The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a large landscape window. The sauna has a large terrace area for lounging and cooking (barbecue and smoker). Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The year-round outdoor hot tub, rowboat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Want to live within sight of Olavinlinna? This fully renovated and air-conditioned 32 m2 premium studio on Olavinkatu is an 8-minute walk from the historic castle. The apartment is located in a clean apartment building, in the corner of idyllic Linnankatu and Koulukatu. Nearby are Savonlinna's main landmarks; Olavinlinna Castle and Provincial Museum are about 400 m, the market is about 500 m. Right in the yard of the house is Little Two Playground and the beach. Savonlinnasali is about 1 km from the property. Keys easily retrieve sop.muk.
