Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.

It is easy to get around the city center by foot, electric scooters and tram. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.

From the living room you can step out onto 90 m2 sea view balcony with sunbeds and dining area. Guests can enjoy the comforts of family bathroom with a bath, shower and Finnish sauna. The sauna can be used for an additional fee of 10 eur/hour.

Dining, arts and culture are within walking distance from my apartment, as well great views, beach, harbor and family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location, comfy beds, the kitchen and the cosines. Perfect location! New powerfull conditioner was just installed (February 2024). Heats in the cold season. Cools in the hot season.
