Seasonal Beach Cottage

Come enjoy this seasonal cottage that is a 7 minute walk to the beautiful and private Old Colony Beach. Great for families or if you just want an adults-only trip. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably with three bedrooms (queen, queen, full/twin bunk bed in different rooms). Pull-out queen-sized sofa bed in living room. Air conditioners in every bedroom and the main living space (during Summer). There is no heat. Outdoor shower. Kitchen comes with a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster.

Pet and kid friendly. No pet fee, fenced yard. Off-street parking. City water. Tons of games, separate gameroom with bikes and outdoor toys. Get kids off their screens! Beachside community, 3 blocks to Beach. Several restaurants and convenience stores within easy walking distance. Could be a great vacation for those without a car, 10 minutes to Old Saybrook Amtrak station, everything you need is nearby and / or easily walkable. Cozy Beach Front Cottage in Hawk's Nest

The house was perfect for our family of 8. (6 adults and 2 children). We packed more than was necessary as everything one needs for the beach is provided! Amazing hosts! Very responsive, but we didn’t need to contact much as all instructions were clear. The place was spotless from the top to the bottom and everything in between! Lots of great memories made and we will be renting again next year! Thank you!

I recently stayed at Jason’s place with my two young boys and my mom. The place was beautiful and was only a short 2 minute walk from the beach. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying here in the future.

The place was spacious, clean, and had great amenities. Two different Coffee makers (kurig & traditional), toaster, and all the staple kitchen items you could ask for. All of the rooms had AC and there were also multiple fans located throughout. Josh was a great host, super caring, responsive & thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again, especially since we have family located a few doors down! Super convienent and comfortable. Thanks, Josh!
