Oxted high street is only an 8 min drive with choice of restaurants, Cafés, boutiques, mini Waitrose, Everyman cinema, Oxted festival & mainline station to (London Bridge 28mins)

A 10min bus ride to Oxted and its restaurants, and from there a 40min train to central London. The Annex enjoys its own sunny patio, and a shared lawn and meadow (with all its wildlife!).
