The apartment includes exercise equipment (wall bars and a pull-up bar) and 2 balconies (facing north and south) with seating areas.

Nice entire apartment (5th floor)by the bus stop Romanova with aircondition :) Its 9 min by bus from the city centre, bus number 83.The city centre-bus stop Zochova.We are not providing car parking,but is possible to park by the house for free,there are some free places,however it is problematic during the evening.Lake Draždiak its 2 by car,10 m walking 🏖️Forest is near also, as well race course, horse course.Its possible to have bikes placed in balcony, we have a big lift :)
