The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes away, the nearest supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. Dogs are welcome here!

Die sieben Meter hohen Fensterfronten mit Weitblick in Richtung Westen über die Feuchtwiesen des Vogelschutzgebiets lassen Euch jeden Abend auf dem Sofa den Sonnenuntergang genießen, während der Kamin knistert.

What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.

Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. The exclusive holiday home between the seas in Rantum on Sylt is a thatched, 3-story semi-detached house with an antique brick facade, surrounded by a classic Frisian wall. The thatched house is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna, fireplace, a guest toilet, a high-quality kitchen, as well as a storage room with washing machine and dryer. Outside is a terrace with adjoining garden, garden furniture, beach chair and a magnificent view.

Thatched Cottage by the Lake

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026

A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!
