Relax in the middle of nature on the banks of the Simojoki river! There's plenty of room for kids in the yard. From the yard you can get to the forest, where there are paths and in winter sled tracks. The house has a kitchen, wood-fired sauna, washing machine, dryer, TV, air heat pump, Wi-Fi and a view of the Simojoki river. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! JokiLaakso has the atmosphere of a traditional old-fashioned granny's cottage. The first part of the house was built in the 1920s. Located in the peace of the countryside, under the Northern Lights and in the light of summer nights, but only 500 meters from Highway 4. Downstairs there is a bedroom, a kitchen, laundry facilities, a sauna, a utility room, and a living room with a sofa bed. There are 4 beds upstairs. The kitchen equipment is suitable even for the most demanding chef/baker. Modern heating. Home-like, suitable for those who appreciate it.

Nice cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

In the historic Old Hamina, Iin, the apartment in the courtyard of a detached house is an atmospheric stopover about 500m from the highway. Iijoki is a stone's throw away, you can even see a glimpse of it from the window. The main building is home to a family of three. The municipality of Ii is known for its culture and art, and the host Minna can tell you about the history, sights and culture of Ii. Ii's services are close and Oulu is a 30-minute drive.
