Quiet and well located neighborhood, a few minutes from Thermas dos Laranjais and Hot Beach and the city's Main Restaurants and Supermarkets, led TV in the 3 Quarters of the house.

A sleeping area is presented with a spacious double bed and a separate single bed, both dressed in white linens. Soft towels are neatly arranged on the beds. Natural light enters through a window, accompanied by neutral-toned curtains.
