Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

Ivor was very responsive from the time we booked the apartment till check-out. Key collection is easy with very clear instructions given. Apartment is per the photos, very well decorated, neat & cosy. Furnishings are new, crockeries, bed linens, towels all very clean. Smart TV with internet access. Host also provided complimentary coffee capsules, teabags & condiment for cooking. Beautiful view at the top floor. Transport is super convenient with Southern Cross station & free city tram stop all within 5min walk. My family has a comfy stay here for 10days. 👍👍

We booked this stunning Airbnb in Sassafras, VIC for our parents and it turned out to be one of the best stays they’ve ever experienced. The property had breathtaking forest views, and every detail was luxury—from the decor to the amenities. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful. My parents were warmly welcomed with a beautiful basket of continental breakfast filled with generous extras, along with snacks, drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages that truly made them feel pampered. The space was spotless, serene, and surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. My mum was over the moon, and my dad kept saying how impressed he was with everything. The care and attention the hosts gave was unmatched. They’ve already decided to return again soon. We’re really grateful to the hosts for making their stay so special.

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Absolutely fantastic stay. The welcome was up there with the best I ever had. Deb’s husband graciously welcomed us and was flexible about our timing. The position is second to none. Although being right in the heart of restaurants , cafes and walking distance to the beach, it was quiet. We were welcomed with champagne, chips and chocolates and plenty to make breakfast the next morning. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for those who like to cook. Also a myky card - which is super helpful (don’t forget not to leave it in the red!) We felt able to contact our hosts at anytime. All round great stay.

What a peaceful sanctuary, away from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne. Room and common areas were very clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Barb!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here over the weekend :) We were having some problems trying to connect to the internet and Jess was very responsive to our messages and helped us out! The gas log fire kept us very warm in the chilly weather, and the spa bath was lovely. The location was also perfect, only a short walk/ drive to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

What can I say, Robert (and Ernie) were extremely helpful from pre arrival up until departure. Was a beautiful place to stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the city but also far enough away to be quiet. would love to stay again on our next trip, thanks again Robert and Ernie

Absolutely blown away! Nicole’s place in East Melbourne is everything you need and more. We were just blown away. The view is BREATHTAKING! No matter where you are in the apartment, your photos will look stunning. The place is stocked with everything you could possibly need. She’s thought of everything - from decorations and a gift to make us feel welcome, to little things that are often missing from airbnbs like a stocked ice tray, blow dryer, salt and pepper haha. The apartment is directly outside a train line, 5 mins into the city, or you can go 5 mins in the other direction and you’re in the heart of Richmond. It’s walking distance to shops, restaurants and nature. Not to mention it’s clean and the beds are comfortable. It was everything we’d wanted and so much more. We can’t wait to come back!

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Beautiful apartment with great amenities. It was challenging to locate the place initially with 3 towers close to each other but got around it with the help of the shop staff nearby. As it’s close to the train and police stations, traffic sounds were audible at night. Else an amazing apartment with great furnishings that’s near the central area.

This is an amazing apartment! So close to everything, including tram stops, train station and ferry to Portarlington. The furnishings are beautiful and we had a wonderful sleep (great linen). There is access to an outdoor space, and indoor pool/gym/sauna. We will hopefully be back in the summer to really enjoy the view on the balcony.

Shame we couldn’t access the pool, that information could have been included with the photos of the pool. Everything else was great.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

The amenities and the views from Jeff and Melinda's apartment was the standout of our stay. Our son loved the kids room so much he wanted to sleep all by himself and also had lots of fun with the toy box. its well located with a tram stop right outside and facilities all around you. Very comfortable and highly recommended. Our favourite place to stay in Melbourne.

Nothing to complain about—the photos looked exactly like the space. Enjoyed my stay. When it comes down to it, choosing an Airbnb in a city like this is mostly about picking the right neighborhood. So if you're looking in this area, you'll do well to choose Paul's place. No issues at all.

My family did enjoy the stay at Victoria’s place. The accommodation looked exactly the same as in the pictures. Enjoying the stunning view every day and night could be a highlight of the trip! The location was convenient, within walkable distance to the Skybus station, and there was accessible transport to the tourist spots. Also, Victoria was responsive and provided help asap when we needed it. We would highly recommend this place.
