The apartment is at the foot of the Presidents Beach. It is quiet and bright. It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator). It was renovated and refurbished in 2022. It has a balcony, ideal for enjoying sunny days. A private indoor parking space is available in the basement of the residence which ensures you do not have to look for where to park. Free parking spaces are also available on the road.
