Meema was a lovely host, good communicator and made me welcomed. The flat is located in a very accessible part of town and was not hard to find. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable.

It is near the highway yet away from it to provide peace and quiet. The villa has everything you can imagine or will need. The furniture is beyond elegant, rich, and comfortable, and the service you will get there is more than excellent. You will get royal treatment and feel very pampered. Your stay will be super comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable and luxurious. There are no words or photos that can do justice to this villa. I fell in love with it and hope I will get the chance to stay there again. So, I urge everyone who might be the slightest interest to stay there to please try it. You will have a wonderful experience. I guarantee it.

The place js great and it is very close to a lot of restaurants as well as Grocery shops. It is located right in the heart of Qurum, one of the most luxurious areas in Muscat.

Suzanne's beautiful villa on the beach was perfect for our stay. It was an unreal experience; looking out from the bedroom balcony and hearing the waves crash, seeing the palm trees on the beach and beautiful flowers in the garden. The children loved the pool at Rotana and my husband the gym. Everything was just superb.

This place was amazing. I recommended to anyone looking for an incredible stay with kids and family. We will definitely be back again.

One word to describe the apartment- Fun! Perfect for a group trip, incredible views from the bedrooms, the funky layout and terrace area made it all the more charming. Bathrooms and bedding were all pristine and well-stocked. Check-in and checkout couldn’t have been easier. Chris was super responsive and connected us with a wonderful tour guide for a day trip all around the east coast of Oman. Our first time visiting Sifah and we’ll definitely be returning. The location was stunning, with so many restaurants and quaint shops within walking distance. Super helpful to have a convenience store opposite the building as well. A 10/10 stay, really well thought-out property, with tons of fun character.

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks Basel for having us!
