Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Omiš

Tonci's accommodation is a hidden gem. The approach is very steep and due to a bottleneck, it is recommended to use a small car (we rented a VW Polo and a Renault Capture). However, the hardships are definitely worth it! We were greeted around 8:30 pm by Tonci personally. He had provided a small cheese/sausage platter and showed us the apartment. Contrary to the statement that there was no hot water, there was some, you just had to turn the boiler switch. The apartment was clean and looked like the pictures. Up in the mountains, you have a lot of privacy. The nearest neighbors live a good 60m away. Tonci came by about every three days to maintain the pool (refill chlorine tablets and measure water level). While the pool was being refilled, there was time for questions about the surroundings and small conversations. We more than enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this accommodation.

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. From the moment we arrived with cold drinks and fruit waiting in the fridge, to even the ac being on, nothing was overlooked. Beach towels and all varieties of coffee, tea, entry items and even useful items in the bathroom. The location is so beautiful, walking around the neighbourhood and down to the beach was something we looked forward to daily. There’s also a grocery store and produce stands right across that were very useful. Omiš is a short drive and such a charming town full of stores restaurants and cafes. Overall we had the most incredible stay and can’t wait to come back.

Nikola was amazingly helpful, even during some stressful situations! Would love to stay there again if in Split.

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

What a nice house, swimming pool, terrace and stunningly beautiful views. We greatly enjoyed the privacy, the sea in front of the house and the rocks behind it. We also liked the peace and quiet and the beautiful whistling of the birds. We felt very welcome, Tonci and Filka received us very pleasantly. A filled refrigerator was ready to get through the first day well. The kitchen has all the comforts. Nice bed and lovely terraces. Everything super clean and good. The road you drive to get to the house is a challenge the first time, but you get used to it. It is also nice that the local users take you into account. We have had a holiday to remember. Thanks for the lovely stay.

The house was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home with stunning views and the most incredible patio space by the pool. Mariana was so responsive and kind with very helpful local recommendations. Can’t recommend staying at this home enough!

In a nutshell: if Antonio's place is available, just book it. This place is all about the views, which were amazing from each level. I've never been to such a well equipped Airbnb. The kitchen had all sorts of cutlery, pots and tupperware which made cooking and serving communal meals easy. Oil etc was provided and the welcome platter was perfect for our first night. The outdoor wood fired BBQ was great too, we used that twice during our stay. Simple things like having an ice machine made everything easy, with the outside fridge we barely had to go inside. All en suite bedrooms was also a great feature, with plenty of towels and amenities. Lots of super markets nearby, we found Kaufland the best for a big shop. Hire cars were a must for is, though we were able to get ubers to and from the villa. The road up is quite steep, and realistically not easily walkable, but that comes with the private view you get at the top which really is panoramic with sunshine from sun rise to sunset

Would give 6 stars if possible! This place is perfect for your family holiday. It’s 2 seperate apartments all in one house, so was perfect for our holiday with 3 couples. So many beautiful spots to sit and hang out on the property! Everything you could want in a house - fully equipped kitchen, beautiful view, close to town, walking distance to a swimming spot, a short drive/run to a near-bye town, and if you are lucky some fruit trees laden with fruit! Don’t hesitate! Book it.

Thank you Aki and Edwin for providing your beautiful apartment with a splendid view of the entire bay and the Adriatic Sea and the beautiful island of Brac! We had the best time staying here! The apartment is very comfortable, it even seemed bigger than in the published photos! The bedding is excellent, the kitchen perfectly equipped, the private terrace where you can rest or eat is well furnished and has an incredible view, the amenities (table and chairs, gas BBQ, sun loungers, outdoor bed, outdoor shower, etc.) and the pool on the common roof terrace are very much appreciated. Everything is very clean. The environment is residential and very quiet, taking the high road from the coastal road. The street in front is not very busy and goes up to a small traditional village full of charm and a very good restaurant. The view up there is wonderful. I recommend it 100%! We absolutely loved our stay. The house was in a quiet location with beautiful views over the sea. The sunsets were spectacular-beating Santorini’s by a mile! The family were very generous-sharing eggs from the chickens, their own olive oil (we got some to take home was so good!) and a sour cherry liqueur they made. My son was happy to find kittens to play with, and enjoyed the pool. House was well equipped, excellent air con when needed, and pool was refreshing too. Can highly recommend for a bit of getting away from it all!

Staying at Katarina's Airbnb was an unforgettable experience! She is an amazing, sweet, and welcoming host who truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The house itself is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. The views are breathtaking, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The area is incredibly private and quiet making it the perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace and relaxation. A few things to note, be prepared to drive, as you'll need a car to navigate the narrow streets uphill leading to the property. At first, the drive can seem daunting, but soon it becomes part of the adventure. The house is powered by solar panels, so there is no air conditioning, which we knew ahead of time. Although it occasionally got quite hot, we really appreciated the eco-friendly approach and adapted to it. Overall, it was a magical stay, and we are already looking forward to our next visit ❤️🌊🫒✨

We spent a week in beautiful Villa Belina, six adults and two kids 3 and 5 years old. It was perfect! The pool and outdoor area is amazing, lots of things to do around the house. Very clean, well equipped house. We felt like home. Good communication with the amazing and thoughtful owners. We’ll be back!

Amazing Airbnb! The place was stunning. It looked exactly like it does in the pictures. The view from the airbnb is super beautiful and the little town is cute. The hosts were always very friendly and helpful. We felt super comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying at the apartment! Ante was a great host! The communication before and during our stay was great! He gave us all the needed information and was so quick to respond to our questions with great tips for a boot tour and where to eat! He even picked up the local specialty soparnik for us and it was so yummy! The apartment was super clean and in great condition with everything we needed! We used the beautiful heated pool and whirlpool every day and just had the best time! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful but you do need to close your windows if you want to sleep past five, when the church bells start :). The black out shades on every window were a game changer for sleeping longer with little kids! Beautiful beaches are less than 15 min by car and the village even has a store you can walk to and some restaurants.

This was the highlight of our trip! Nada and Renko, our hosts, went above and beyond! Nada made sure we had everything we needed: from a parking space, to beach mats and sun tarp to coffee in the morning. What a hospitable host. Nada loves to communicate with her guests. She will give you space, if wanted, or spend time talking with you if you desire. She and Renko are the true heart of the Croatian people! We had countless meaningful conversations and our time with her and Renko meant the world to us. We needed downtime on our busy travels and this peaceful place recharged us! The sea is right across the road and the paved walkway gets you into magical Old Town in 10 minutes. Don't miss this little paradise. We wish we would have stayed longer! We have lifelong friends here now.

Ideal place to escape the world for a few days. Without a car it's not easy to get around, but if you're happy to cook for yourself and spend the days swimming and enjoying the views then it's perfect.

Wow! Where do we start. Easily the best holiday we've ever been on. Ivan and his family were so incredibly welcoming and friendly. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ivan and given so many wonderful recommendations. We are already looking to see when we can return to Brela and this wonderful apartment. We loved having our breakfast on the balcony, with the most gorgeous views. We felt right at home and settled into a lovely holiday routine here. We never wanted to leave!!! 5*+ Emily & Liam xxx

We had the warmest welcome possible. Luciana even made supper because we arrived late. The garden is amazing and you feel and see the passion and time that is put into it. The garden is mostly edible, fresh fruit and tea are always present! It’s a little paradise of tranquility and a perfect place to visit Omis, Split or the multiple beaches all around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! Luciana is the warmest host and made us feel right at home!

Wow, what can I say…giving 5 stars and saying Amanda & Chris are the best air BnB hosts I’ve ever had still doesn’t justify it! The location of the hidden house literally could not be better. You are within a 45 SECOND walk to some fantastic restaurants, the water and at the heart of this little town. If you want to make the most of your time - Amanda will hook you up with Niksa, who picked us up from Split airport, dropped us off by speedboat, and took us out for our final day where we explored deserted bays, beaches and other hidden gems around the Paklinski islands. We went to Hvar town for the day and although we liked it, it made us realise just how special SG is - I’m so glad we did it this way round! If you come to Stari Grad, you HAVE to stay here, thank you guys! :)

Nice and cozy apartment with sea view, only a few steps away from the beach. One day, we even saw a group of dolphins passing by!!! Marin is a kind host and we could easily get in touch with him if there were any questions.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Thank you for everything!

The location of this place is great! The city and the river Cetina can be reached in a few minutes' walk. The apartment was super clean and would recommend for max 3 people. Parents with children, as the bedroom has no door. Ivo keeps what he promises 5 stars he deserves. Otherwise, look forward to Omis, the view of the mountain with the river Cetina that flows into the sea is simply fantastic. Dabke ivo
