Depending on the season, there are people who come and go along the river next to the inn, aiming to play in the river and go to Kappa Falls. If the weather is good, you can enjoy playing in the river, as well as a BBQ and campfire (depending on the season and weather, you may need to refrain) with the ingredients you bring. While it is an 8-minute drive to Kumamoto Castle, it is a cottage where you can relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The garden is full of trees and flowers, including a large camphor tree that has been there for over 160 years, black pines, Japanese maples, and bamboo forests, so you can enjoy the trees and flowers in all seasons. The host lives in the adjacent building, so you can feel at home. The house has been renovated with plenty of natural wood to make it comfortable. The furniture is made with the full cooperation of Hiromatsu Moku, and you can experience lovely furniture. It is both an inn and a home where you can live as if you were blending into the city while retaining the nostalgic atmosphere of a Showa-era house. In the Japanese-style room, we have a Tanabata decoration for the summer only. Guests can write their wishes on a strip of paper and display them.
