This is a loft above the double garage. It is 13 steps up to the loft which is private, spacious and comfortable. Recently renovated washroom which includes a toilet, sink and shower. The loft comes with satellite tv, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, bbq, water dispenser, heat and air conditioning. There is a trampoline, fire pit and wood as well as a ping pong table in the garage. Quiet area. It is 3 kms to the beach in the Wasagaming townsite which is in beautiful Riding Mountain National Park.
