There is a Queen size bed and sleeper couch for young children. Spacious seating area with books and tourism guides. The kitchenette is a functional, practical space where you can make tea or coffee or prepare a light meal.

This delightful house is tucked away in a grove of trees overlooking the Vermont Saltpan,which is a bird sanctuary. Recent solar panels on the roof feed into a battery and inverter system. Loadshedding is no longer an issue. This tastefully furnished, four bedroom home, is fully equipped caters for upto 8 guests. The perfect place to getaway from it. The Saltpan is fed only by rainfall and run-off from the mountains and in years when there has been low rainfall the pan often dries out.

Hermanus is just a few kilometres away. Due to the nature of the town we very strictly do not allow any parties or loud music, as set out in the house rules. Unfortunately no group bookings for under 25’s. Inverter and battery powered during load shedding-ensuring continious power to the property.
