An absolutely wonderful stay! The house radiates a special warmth and attention to detail - you can immediately see how much passion Trudy and Dirk have put into it. Everything was not only sparkling clean, but also tastefully and cozily furnished. The combination of historic flair and modern comfort is perfect. The location in the quiet, charming village of Asperen is ideal for relaxing - at the same time, you can quickly reach cities such as Utrecht or Rotterdam by car. The small garden, where we could spend many relaxing hours, was also particularly beautiful. Trudy and Dirk were incredibly warm, helpful and attentive – we felt completely welcome. A place to come back to! Thank you for this lovely accommodation!

Very nice house with great garden. We were here with a group of friends and were able to enjoy the area, also thanks to renting bikes through Joost. Also close to Den Bosch so everything was nearby. Absolutely recommended!

We spent two wonderful weeks in the Orangerie of Eveline. The accommodation is above expectations spacious and complete but also nicely decorated. The view of the horse meadow is beautiful and from the B&B you can walk directly into the woods. Many alternative hiking trails are relatively close. Eveline's two sweet dogs were a gift. Occasionally they stopped by for a cuddle or a play moment with our dog. We will definitely come back.

Probably the cosiest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Arthur & Ellis place is very very cozy, clean and spacious. The place has everything we needed (even things we didn’t know we needed :) ) and it has a very nice atmosphere. Arthur and Elli were very nice, helpful, welcoming and kind. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

We had a truly wonderful time at this beautiful house while celebrating my mother's 60th birthday. It's a great place to bring the family together for a relaxing weekend.

Very nice place to stay, especially with nice weather so you can make optimal use of the garden. We rented the barn with the family and it was nice that they were two connected houses, the children in one cottage went to bed earlier and we could sit in the larger house for the rest of the evening. There is also enough space in the larger house for all of us to sit together. Please note if you want to cook what is/is not present (e.g. no oven) and perhaps you can use vegetables from the vegetable garden! The garden is really nice with several places where you can sit outside. We had been here last year and came back this year because it was so good!

We stayed at Wendy's beautiful accommodation for the second time and we liked it very much again. The apartment is cozy, well equipped and has a great garden view.

It was a lovely stay! We enjoyed our stay at Happy Horses. Everything was perfect: a complete kitchen, nice bathroom and a warm welcome from the hostess and one of the horses. The area is beautiful - we have made many beautiful bike rides around Hamont-Achel As a souvenir, we even left a small painting. A place to look back on with a smile!

Mirjam and her husband are extremely kind and accommodating hosts. The apartment is incredibly charming. Guests have access to the garden throughout their stay. You can pet the horses, chickens, and a cat. There is a magnificent (vegetarian) breakfast with many homemade products, including jam made from fruit from their own garden. Questions are answered very quickly. We had a great stay and can recommend the accommodation without exception.

The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Monica's accommodation is lovingly furnished and ideal for a relaxing stay for two. The apartment is located in a quiet area, but is still central - supermarkets, restaurants and public transport are just a few minutes away. This means you can also get to the city center quickly and easily by train. The kitchen is superbly equipped and offers everything you need to cook. In addition, Monica provides her guests with a small selection of food and drinks - including chips, cereal, jam, cheese and more. Bed linen and plenty of towels are also provided, and thanks to the air conditioning, it stays pleasantly cool even on hot days. If you arrive by car, you can conveniently park in the courtyard entrance in front of the garage. The apartment was very clean upon our arrival and is ideal for couples. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We spend a weekend in Robert's place. It was very peaceful and beautiful in the middle of an awesome location for hiking and biking. They provided everything we needed for our stay. We will gladly book this place next time we are in the area.

Lucienne welcomed us very kindly. We lacked nothing in the accommodation, especially not beautiful toys for our youngest fellow travelers, who were also very happy about the two cuddly toys in the crib. We had a nice stay and only regret that the weather was not good enough for a longer stay in the beautiful garden.

The apartment worked very well for three of us for a 9-night stay. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, champagne, and chocolate! The hosts were gracious, proactive, and helpful when we had questions or needs. The space is clean, well-lit, and modern, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Our daughter declared the sleep sofa the most comfortable she's ever slept on! The entry stairs are steep, but with the sturdy railing and good lighting we felt quite safe on them. The neighborhood has gems for dining and shopping, and you can walk to the City center. A laundromat that takes credit/debit cards is 4 blocks away. Tram stops are close, and they run on a frequent schedule. Parking is limited, so renting a bike is ideal. The bike lanes and traffic signals make it safe and easy to ride throughout the city. Venturing farther is possible by renting an electric car by the hour through the MyWheels app. Their cars are conveniently parked at charging stations around the neighborhood.

First and foremost, our stay got off to a great start with how warmly Ann received us. She took me on a tour of the house, explained all the details well, and shared some tips on what to do, where we could find restaurants, and how to get around Genk. We were impressed with Ann's hospitality and responsiveness to our messages the entire weekend. As a result, our stay was extremely comfortable. The house was even better in person, with many thoughtful touches to make our stay pleasant, tasteful decor, and modern finishes. I highly recommend staying at the apartment, and I am sure you will walk away with the same memorable experience we had.

I was looking for a place for my friend where we could have a nice time and go fishing. The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos and the hostess was so incredibly sweet. We couldn't have done better. An incredibly beautiful environment. Great people and everything within walking or cycling distance. We would be happy to come back again 😍

The very best was the private garden (for our sole use), Conny's chickens, breakfast in the garden, the fire bowl and Conny's friendly care. When we told her that it was very expensive in the restaurant, she served us a menu in the garden, delicious! We couldn't have wished for it to be more beautiful and better.
