Also about 25 minutes to Volendam by car.... 3 free parking places in front of the house and also a gym in the gardenhouse. Oostzaan is a Nice small village with supermarket and grocery shops on walking distance.

The house is located near Amsterdam (30 by bike or public transport to Amsterdam Central Station) but also next to beautiful typical Dutch nature and a wind mill and close to other tourist sites like Zaanse Schans and Edam/Volendam. Visit Amsterdam (22 min) & relax on the water terrace or in the sunny garden! Across the road is my favorite restaurant! It's a great location to explore the area! Use our ★motorboat★ and free bicycles, also for children! By car (P+R) or train you're in Amsterdam Center in 22 min. Or take the bus (1 min walk)!

It's also only a 10 minute drive to Amsterdam, so you'll be there in a minute! Ideal of course if you are looking for a nice place to relax after a wonderful day in Amsterdam. Our house is only suitable for families, for people from business or for couples.

The guest stay is located in a discreet place behind our home. The garden of the apartment is closed. The garden and terrace have an area of 200 square meters. The guest stay is 65 square meters. There is room for 4 people. The stay is 10 minutes from Amsterdam and 4 bicycles available free of charge. the stay has as plus points rural,air conditioning, washing machine dryer ,dishwasher, microwave , rain shower,netflix neat and clean!

The house is located behind our own house in a cosy detached house with a private entrance and garden. There are 3 bedrooms with a private bathroom. From the living room you have a nice view over the garden and the meadows. The kitchen is fully equiped. Breakfast is on request at extra costs. We clean the house according to the guidelines of airbnb. We will be available for questions during your stay.
