Last minute! Villa for 6 with pool and Seaview!

If you are in the search for your perfect holiday location, search no more, you are on the right place. Our property consist of 3 bedrooms for up to 6 persons, big living room and dinning area with an fully equipped kitchen. Then you need just one step outside to enjoy wonderful seaview next to the pool. Behind the house we have nice kids playground and wonderful barbecue/dinning area. Maximum privacy but still close enough (1,5km) to all local attractions like beaches, bars and restaurants.

Villa Grey is beautifully designed with so many glass doors and windows offering nice sea views, a very bright and pleasant interior with sun in every corner, furnished with style and elegance. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.

Extremely kind hosts, very helpful, welcoming, caring. The apartment was definitely cooler and nicer on hot days than outside. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the temperature didn't bother. The possibility of using a sun lounger and chairs, drinking coffee in beautiful natural circumstances overlooking the sea. Stairs leading directly to the sea. The streets were steep and narrow, but got used to it. We highly recommend this place.

Petar was wonderful, advising on all sorts to make our stay perfect. The villa is stunning and the view breathtaking, it’s peaceful and quiet. It is out of the way and not really walkable to anywhere. We decided to rely on taxis and didn’t get on with uber, but found the following company great and would recommend them TAXI PODSTRANA ŠKERY. Petar had thought of everything, every room was perfect, comfy beds, AC, beautiful en-suite, fully equipped kitchen and Petar very kindly grabbed some essentials for us when we first arrived which was very kind. You can’t drink the tap water but this wasn’t an issue, at the end of every day trip we asked the taxi driver to stop at a shop and we brought a load back home. The outside grill was great too. The pool was amazing and my 4&6 yr old nephews spent more time in that than anything else! We had a fantastic time and we couldn’t have asked for more from the villa or Petar, we were sorry to leave.

The apartment we were given is small, but it's great for two people and the terrace is very nice. On the ground floor there is a very kind and always helpful couple despite the communication difficulties due to the language. The beach is a short walk away, very nice and with a crystal clear sea with many nice places along the shore. Overall experience more than positive: we can't wait to return!

Situated at the ground floor, the apartment was absolutely spotless and equipped with everything that you need for a smooth vacation. I want to give additional stars to our host , Karla, as she went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, providing excellent tips on local eateries and attractions around the area. We definitely recommend this place.

Amazing modern apartment with breathtaking views 😍 and a brewery right across the street 🍻☺️ Iva and her husband were always there for us (doesn’t matter if it was check-in in the middle of the night 😀, requests for technical support with flat’s equipment or questions about local recommendations - we could have always counted on them 🙂) <they also treated us with super-tasty home-made wine, olive oil and delicious banana bread 😋 - Thank You once again!> Totally recommend! / And hope to come back in the future 😉
