Our apartment is located a few kilometers south of Poreč, but it's still close to restaurants, beaches, and loads of sights and activities. You’ll love our place because it's cozy, well-equipped, quiet, and comfy, plus high ceilings make our apartment feel airy. Our apartment is good for couples, families with one child, and all who wish peace and quiet while still being close to the hustle & bustle of Poreč. Car is recommended, although you can easily reach the beach and the center on a bike.

The holiday apartment was renovated in 2022, can accommodate up to 5 people and is on the 1st floor of the house. On more than 60 square meters of living space, the apartment has a modern living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and couch, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (a double bed is possible) and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. It is approx. 500 m to the nearest beach, numerous restaurants are only 200 m away.

Visit the marvelous Croatian/Istrian coast on foot or by bike, walking along the seafront and/or immerse yourself in unspoiled nature to discover its suggestive beaches. Nearby the apartment you will find the supermarket, bars, services as well as the center.

Villa Costa for 4 persons consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two children, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another bedroom and another bathroom. NOTE: There are also 2 separate holiday apartments in the building, which have separate, completely independent entrances. The 2 holiday apartments do not use the pool and garden of Villa Costa and are rented separately.
