Villa Cactus is located next to the fairytale town of Grožnjan, along the Parenzana bike/ hiking trail. It is in a quiet location and has its own parking lot. It has a fenced, well-kept garden, with olive trees in the neighborhood. The pool, which is a saltwater system, can only be used by the residents of the villa. Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
