We had an incredibly nice vacation in this wonderful house. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the well-kepted condition – it was really flawless! You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on details here to make guests feel at ease. Communication with the landlords was excellent: They were always available, helpful and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic roof terrace. The view from there was simply breathtaking and gave us many unforgettable moments – be it at breakfast or at sunset. The location of the house is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty of Croatia, with the proximity to the sea and the many sights in the area. We can warmly recommend this gem and thank the hosts from the heart for a great stay.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday with your dog(s) Large, super nice, fenced property – ideal for travelers with dogs. The accommodation is super well equipped, has everything you need for a vacation and offers a beautiful view. Parking directly at the house and everything you need is within 20 minutes. The street is audible - sometimes more, sometimes less - but for us it was not disturbing. The landlord was super friendly, had even provided sweets in the fridge and gave us great restaurant tips. Earlier check-in was also possible without any problems. All around a successful stay! THANK YOU for that :)

This place is gorgeous! The owner who lives next door was a very gracious host. Always there if you needed anything. Met us when we arrived. The place is immaculate and the pool was so pretty. Walking distance (10 minutes) to a few restaurants which are right on the sea. Grocery and bakery just a short drive down the road. Places to tan and swim in the sea just down the hill also. Highly recommend this house!

We loved our stay at Ira's villa. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos show. The pool area is large and clean and the the villa is also extremely spacious. Everything in the property was pristine and the view of a sunset every single night out the sliding windows was a treat. Ira and her parents made the check in and check out so smooth. We would 100% visit again! Thank you Ira!!

We had a wonderful time at the Villa. The place was really amazing including several facilities (big pool, taverana with grill, gym, big seize beds, several bathrooms etc.) Everything was clean and we stayed in the Villa almost the entire time during our stay in Rijeka. In addition Karlo and his family were so nice and even recommended some nice places (restaurants and beaches). The communication was great. Therefore I can only recommend the Villa to everyone who wants to stay in an exceptional place in Rijeka! Thank you Karlo!

Our stay at Villa Visum was simply amazing! From the smooth check-in to the warm welcome, everything was flawless. The host even surprised us with a bottle of wine and a fruit basket, which added a special touch to our arrival. The 180-degree views of Krk, Istra, Cres, and the sea were breathtaking. The cleanliness of Villa Visum was outstanding. It was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. We felt instantly comfortable and at ease. The pool was a delightful feature, and despite the time of year, it was warm enough for swimming. We enjoyed lounging by the poolside and soaking in the magnificent surroundings. The highlight of our stay was the luxurious SPA room. The sauna and jacuzzi provided a relaxing and indulgent experience. In summary, our stay at Villa Visum was an absolute delight. The warm welcome, breathtaking views, impeccable cleanliness, refreshing pool, and luxurious SPA room combined to create an unforgettable experience.

A very spacious and cozily furnished house with a pool. A barbecue and also and plenty of kitchen utensils were offered. The host is very nice and knowledgeable about the area. In summary, the house is recommended and Ivan is the best man!
