House Jardin is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you will be alone and have privacy on this large property, and house Jardin, garden, sauna, jacuzzi, pool and pool house only for yourself. Property is first row to the sea in Ždrelašćica bay close to the bridge that connectes Island of Ugljan and Pašman. Old town of Zadar is very easy to visit, 20 minutes with passenger ferry boat from Preko. To come to Preko you need 10 min with car or 15 with local bus.

House placed at the first row to the sea on the island Pašman in a place called Ždrelac. The apartment is 64m2 big plus a 24m2 of a beautiful, spacious terrace with a unique view. Two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed with a beautiful view of the sea, and the other with two separate beds perfect for younger ones. The environment is calm and quiet, with constant sounds of nature which surrounds the house. Location is also perfect for exploring nearby fun and cultural places.

A single room, has a bedroom and a bathroom. The room is equipped with a refrigerator. Guests can use the shared balcony located besides the entrance on the first floor. The public beaches are located only 50 meters away. In Zelena Punta you have access to various leisure and recreational content. In the village Kukljica, you can find an offer with local and international cuisine from many restaurants, taverns (konobas), pizzerias, and from cafes serving cakes and ice cream.

Dear guests, welcome to (y)our home. This beautiful house is located in a small cove in Kukljica, Ugljan Island. Old part of the house is originally built in 1921 by my grandfather who was a sailor and was building it while at home. It was actually the first house in the cove around 100 years ago. Of course, house has been rebuilt and renovated since and there are few more houses around now, but the cove has remained very beautiful and peaceful as always.
