The villa consists of an open-space area that includes a living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a direct exit to the terrace by the pool. There are three bedrooms – two with a double bed and one with two separate beds for one person each. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV. Guests also have access to three bathrooms (shower/toilet). Free Wi-Fi Internet. Parking space for up to 3 cars on the plot.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.
