Holiday houses in Općina Lovran

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the washing machine was especially useful for flushing seawater clothes. It was very comfortable to have a separate bathroom for the rooms, and the separate air conditioners. We were able to take advantage of the nearby beach. The always reserved private parking was very helpful. We had a good lunch and dinner on the cozy terrace.

We just stayed one night at Sanja’s place and wished that we were staying longer. Beautifully clean, stunning apartment with a view to die for and the swimming pool was an added bonus. Sanja was so helpful- she answered any query we had and helped us order a take away dinner from a local restaurant that was delicious. It’s slightly difficult to find although Sanja sends instructions and photographs. Once you enter the road by the cemetery you need to carry on up the hill as far as you can go. Where the asphalted road ends there on the left is the house. Thank you so much Sanja - we have kept a note of your details as we’d love to return for longer stay next time!

We spent a few wonderful days at Villa Lidija with my wife and really enjoyed our stay. Before our arrival, the dishwasher in our apartment broke down, but the owner immediately took care of it and replaced it with a new one. Although we had to wait about 20 minutes to check in, this was nicely compensated with a tasting of homemade drinks )))). For some, the road nearby might be a downside (yes, loud motorcyclists seem to be a local trademark), but it didn’t bother us. The beach is very close – you just need to cross the road and go down a small staircase. There are parking spaces available, although cars with low ground clearance might find it a bit tricky – but that’s typical for the terrain in this region. As for the downsides, we noticed the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in our apartment. Also, it would be nice if the cleaning staff paid a bit more attention to details – some areas could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Jadranka’s house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is the perfect place to relax and have a break from the daily life. The communication was very smooth and Jadranka warmly welcomed us in person. A few things to keep in mind: you need a car to access the house and explore the surroundings. The house is well equipped, but don’t forget to bring your own basic products (salt, pepper, olive oil, detergent for the laundry). The swimming pool will help you cool down on warm days (even if the air conditioning in the house is already a big plus!). Overall a very nice stay!

Wonderful place, amazing views until it was sad to come home. An unforgettable stay in Croatia! Beautiful views from the deck, a comfortable place to relax and sunbathe. And those wake ups at the sunrise! The lovely neighborhood, Opatija, Lovran, and Icic are great places to walk along the coast with plenty of restaurants. There's something for everyone. Apartment 3 perfect for people traveling with a dog thanks to a lockable barrier - you could fully use the charms of the terrace without worrying that the dog would go on a solo tour. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable rest, decorated to a very high standard. But the star is the terrace with a breathtaking view and so designed and decorated that you don't actually want to come off it. I will miss this place, we are already planning to come back! <3

We were wonderfully welcomed by Dijana and everything was shown to us. The description of the house was almost too precise. It had everything your heart desires. Shopping only 5 minutes by car. The large pool almost for us alone, was cleaned regularly. For us, it was pure luxury. Unfortunately, we left the accommodation 2 nights earlier due to the weather, but staying there would not have made sense in this case. All in all, we can only recommend it with all our heart. Alexandra was also immediately available, but we didn't really need anything because everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you very much!
