Dear guests, we offer you this new studio apartment on the first floor of a family house, which is perfect for two to a maximum of three people. The apartment is new and contains everything that our dear guests should expect: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and all the utensils for cooking, preparing meals, and dining. Guests also have access to a balcony, a tavern with a barbecue where they can serve themselves and prepare their meals by arrangement, and a large swimming pool located in front of the tavern.

The newly built villa is located in a quiet location, only 5 km from the first beaches, and the cities of Zadar, Šibenik and Biograd are nearby. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. First of all, of course, the pool catches the eye, which is of generous dimensions, and if desired, it can be heated. Summer kitchen and grill for preparing delicious meals, the youngest guests will surely have fun at the children's playground or Playstation. There are 4 parking spaces available.

The apartment is located in a renovated traditional house just a few steps from the sea (5m) and about 100-150 m from the city center where you will find shops, restaurants, pharmacies and more. Guests have at their disposal a beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, a fully equipped living room and part of the terrace. The terrace is private for guests of our house, which contains another apartment for two people. There's a boat mooring on the terrace. All costs are included in the price, linen, towels, air conditioning, etc.

Our historic Mediterranean apartment is only 30m from the sea,in the centre of Betina,on the island of Murter! It has 74 square metres, it is on 2 floors with a sea view rooftop terrace. It is perfect if you want to avoid packed beaches. You can relax, swim and sunbathe on our traditional stone sea terrace(not public) just next to the sea. The sea terrace and the sea access are shared with other guests as well.Our guests are provided with their own assigned space, sun umbrellas and sun loungers.

We also offer to our guests very nice trips to the NP Kornati in a private boat with a skipper so you can enjoy every little thing that our town has to offer.
