Paradise - a beautiful accommodation that exceeded all of our expectations. The hosts have taken great care to ensure a wonderful stay, from a stocked refrigerator to a bicycle you can use to run to the local store. We didn’t need to leave, but chose to explore the city of Zadar a bit. The pool was fantastic, everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was a very peaceful place, great for relaxing. No shortage of activities for the kids, including ping pong and trampoline. My kids almost never left the pool, which had lights that came on at night. The hosts were amazingly friendly, super responsive, and extremely hospitable. You can’t go wrong with this place!!

I rented a lot of other airbnbs, but this was the best villa and host. The villa was nice, pool heated, a lot of Accessoires and a big soccer field. All rooms were totally clean. He also gave as two boxes of chees and prosciutto as a gift. We could even extend our check-out

House Matea with POOL for 14 person!

We had a really great vacation. The house is very large and divided into two floors, the outside area and the pool are beautiful and there is plenty of shade. The temperature of the pool was perfect. There are two large tables (by the pool and on a terrace) which are great for eating at. There is also a barbecue which is perfect for large groups. Anita and her family also offer food that can be ordered and delivered for a fair price. Anita is a great host - she is always available and also gave us good tips for beaches or attractions nearby. The location of the house is quiet and about 30 minutes from the airport. Anita‘s family lives next door to the house - so it’s important to keep to the quiet times (10pm-8am) and to avoid loud noises or parties. Our water in the house didn't work for half a day, but Anita was extremely helpful and we were in constant contact with her. All in all, a great stay in a very nice house!
