With 2 people we stayed here overnight. The apartment is easy to reach and is right by the sea. In addition to the luxurious interior, the private terrace was also pleasant. The pool with self service bar on the second floor is great. Here you can enjoy the sunset and have breakfast in the morning. Furthermore, everything was very clean and we were warmly welcomed. In summary, I only have positive feedback about the hosts of this apartment.

Gorgeous apartment in Petrcane

Hello! The apartment is beautiful, clean and you really have everything in the kitchen. The hostess is likeable and very accommodating! We felt very comfortable and it was a relaxing holiday! The area is beautiful, we liked the Falkensteiner stand the best, also the steakhouse there was very good. Everything is wonderful. Kind regards, Cristina

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: We were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said that he couldn't decide that himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with small children are prepared.

Villa Moolich sunset with Jacuzzi ,sauna & gym

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/check-out hassle-free. The location is great, 1 min to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Normally, I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

Location excellent for the old town and big supermarkets. A very easy, flat walk 15 mins or 5 euro uber. Denis very helpful & flexible when our flight was delayed till 2am. Flat has everything you need, including beer, wine & snacks. All essentials provided. Pool clean & refreshing. Hot tub fun & easy to use. We did Pitlivice Lakes with Zadar In & Out Tours - recommend. Also the old wooden boat half day excursion with unlimited wine & swimming off the boat. Don't miss the sunset in the old town. We had a great week, thanks again Denis.
