The surface of the house is 80 m2 on a plot of 16000m2,surrounded by olive trees and forest ,position guarantees privacy and intimacy away from the noise and city crowds. In front of the house there is a large stone paved courtyard where there is a 37m2 swimming pool with hot tub and stone fireplace.The accommodation is ideal for all those who like long walks ,cycling and country roads.

RESIDENCE NADA is our family home which we decided ti rent in 2022. Residence has beautifully furnished interiors is located on a spacious plot in a small peaceful place. The house consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor, attic and outside area with 150m2 pool, tennis court, boccia playground and external BBQ house.
