This modern 24 m2 studio is located in a quiet street of Punat town, only 350m from the shop and 500m from the first beach and the promenade by the sea. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a private terrace. Studio is situated on the low ground floor of the house. The pool is shared with guests from the another apartment situated in the same house. Parking is in the yard. The pool opens on 01.06. and closes on 01.10. A/C and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

Apartment can accommodate 2 people. It has a room with balcony, one double bed and small bathroom . We provide towels and bed linen. Kitchen is well equipped. Next to the kitchen there's a smaller bathroom with shower. We provide you free private parking in the yard below of the house. House is situated in quiet neighborhood. Distance from center is 300 meters, and from the first beach 900 meters. There is a supermarket 300 meters from the apartment.

Retreat Studio

The studio is a detached building in the backyard of a family home. Set in a shade, a quiet and comfortable corner. There is a French loft in the studio, as well as a single bed, tv, closet, kitchen, toilet with shower, table and 4 chairs, air conditioning . A table and two chairs are in front of the studio. It's 5 min walk to the center and 200m from the sea. The guest will get a parking ticket.

Nice apartment (studio ***) close to the sea (100m) and center of Punat, with shops and restaurants. You have parking space, terrace, small kitchen, bathroom and big room with one double bed, radio and TV . Turist information office is 50 m from the house. Notice: shower cabin is 60 cm wide.

Nice little apartment in the old town near the center. We are pets friendly. In Punat you have nice long seafront promenade, bike road, shephards paths, etc... There are lots of little retaurants where you can try our traditional food.
