House holiday rentals in Općina Ražanac

We stayed with Antonio in the house for 10 days in August. We were received very nicely by Antonio's mother, who carries out the check-in. She lives in a unit in the house, is available for questions but otherwise you don't notice her much. One evening, she grilled delicious fish for us. Great big pool, great outdoor kitchen and clean house. All as described. I will gladly come back.

A great house! Everything is super new, just like in the pictures: clean pool, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with double bed + 2 couches, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces (upstairs+downstairs). Beautiful view from the upper terrace of the sea and mountains. The sea and supermarket are within walking distance. The place is small but sweet, it feels like it's being expanded - which is why you sometimes hear some construction noise. We didn't notice much from the neighbors. Josip is great, he personally welcomed us and explained everything and was always available. All in all: highly recommended for those who want to get away from it all!! (Zadar, however, is easily accessible in about 30 minutes with Uber, for example.) We felt very comfortable.

It was clean, everything was new. The Host was very nice and always open for questions. The pool was fresh and clean and the house is very modern. We enjoyed our stay. 10/10 recommend

I was at Damir's house with my kids and husband. It was very pleasant and very nice. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and also on the beach. Damir is a very friendly host. Since we arrived late, he picked us up at the supermarket and took us to his house. The mom brought us fresh crêpes the next day and when they grilled he grilled extra fresh fish for us. A very warm family and a very nice house. Thanks Damir for the wonderful time☺️!

Amazing home near beatiful Croatia sand beaches, big garden for children, pool and spa, everything is well equipped and hosts are super caring, recommended especially for big families

We loved our week in this house! Thank you Tea for your warm welcome and for the supplies that you left in the fridge. The pool was private and warm, the terrace was perfect for relaxed meals and there were supermarkets and services in reasonably close proximity. The house made a great base for visiting the different towns and beaches, but we were equally happy relaxing "at home" in the sunshine.

Beautiful House, nice View, cozy bbq area. Well equipped kitchen and inventory of the House. AirBnB Host was very nice, super helpful, and great communication.

We had a really nice 14 days at Villa Eleni. No one can do anything for the weather, so it was all the better that the house was so excellent. There is really nothing missing! The owner Marija was very friendly and brought us homemade treats a few times. She would always have been available if we had a concern. Since it was no longer a high season, it was also very quiet all around the house. The direct beach section was also hardly visited. I can imagine it's a little full in the main season. The view directly on the lake and the beautiful sunsets were one of the highlights. We would definitely come again!

Sonja was helpful all along, replying within minutes. The apartment is beautiful, new, well-equipped, and in a great location, just a one-minute walk to the beautiful beach. We had a perfect holiday!

We had a perfect stay at the place. We were warmly welcomed and looked after, also spent a nice evening with the hostess. Everything as described and new as well as high quality furniture, kitchen and house as well as mega garden and terrace. Super close to the beach and on the dog beach of Razanac The place was very clean and all the necessary and even more was available. We actually did not like to move out. Thank you for everything!

The pool and garden are top notch! The house is in the middle of nature surrounded by olive trees, vines which makes the environment particularly pleasant, comfortable rooms, perfectly equipped outdoor indoor kitchens. Andrej is a particularly thoughtful host who regularly deposited the fruit of his own crops (olive oil fig grape wine ….)! Zadar is about twenty minutes by car, as well as the island of Pag, in short we highly recommend it!

Very nice stay had parents and 3 teenagers (21 - 22 and 18 years). Good base for various activities. House nicely decorated and fully equipped. Host really friendly and helpful.
