Holiday houses in Općina Sukošan

Our extended family (6 adults, 2 children, and a baby) stayed here for a week. Our arrival flight was delayed and we arrived at 4 a.m., but Ante arranged the check-in without any problems, so we had an amazing first impression. The accommodation was exactly as described—and even a little more. We were extremely happy with everything. There was enough space for all of us, and everything was clean. We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the pool area every day. We can't praise this villa enough! Ante and his family are genuinely kind and helpful people.They respected our privacy, but whenever we needed help, they were there. I wish there were more people like them.

We had a lovely week and the area was surprisingly good. Good housing and beautiful beach (next time we want a couple of light chairs to bring to the water😊) Thank you for all the extra service and presence we met with both of you. Warmest regards and see you soon Anette and Ida🩷🇩🇰

Branka's apartment worked well for our crew! We initially couldn't find it (it was a sharp turn) but Branka helped us navigate in real time and Branka's mom, Maria, was there to greet us. The place was spotless, bedrooms were as described, plenty of bathrooms and we loved the homemade artwork on the walls. Our group really appreciated the upper outdoor balcony area for hanging out. (with a tiny glimpse of ocean). Even though we spent most of our time away (Plivitce and Zadar), we appreciated that the space worked well for us....gathering spots and privacy too and again, it was very clean, which is a top priority for us. Thank you!

We stayed with my parents, husband and 2 daughters (4 and 2) in early June. Tereza is an amazing host who reached out to us and remained avaible by phone throughout our stay. She was there to great us on arrival despite the fact that we arrived several hours later than originally planned. I have never been to such a clean airbnb or hotel, absolutely spotless! It's newly built/renovated, with high quality furniture (comfortable beds, new appliances,..) and doors/windows (sound proof). Even a full large laundry room our baby (who likes full darkness) slept in. I would highly recommend!

If you are looking for relaxation, Denisa's place is perfect. The heated pool allows you to draw your laps and enjoy the tranquility even at slightly cooler temperatures. The house and property were very clean and we felt very comfortable. A rental car/private car is definitely needed, as there are no shopping facilities within walking distance. We have never experienced such great hospitality as with Denisa's parents who took care of us during our stay. Thank you so much for this wonderful holiday!

We were received in a very friendly manner. The accommodation was super nice and the pool was a highlight, which we liked to use. The outdoor kitchen was also great, cooking in the warm temperatures outside was very pleasant. Pool was cleaned daily. If we had a problem, we received a very quick response. The surroundings were quiet. A rental car is advantageous because the nearest shopping facilities are not directly around the corner. In short: We felt very comfortable and definitely recommend the accommodation. Thank you again for everything 🤩

If we could live here forever - we would!! What a stunning villa with every bit of fun you could possibly need! Waking up and going out onto the balcony to enjoy a coffee in the morning was heaven! Petra was an amazing host who greeted us and showed us around on arrival, we felt right at home! There was so much to do! Pool table, table tennis, badminton, fusball, swing set, pool, archery, ps5, Netflix! Only 10 minutes drive to Biograd to restaurants and stunning seaside views. Dalmaland was a hit with my son and daughter too which is only 10 minutes away. I recommend a car as it’s a rural location and so peaceful and quiet but everything is within a few minutes drive. Zadar was stunning! The sea organ was the coolest thing ever! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The villa was beautiful, even better than the pictures. It has everything you need and more. Pool is great and good for doing lengths. Host are lovely, gave us great recommendations of where to go and a great local butcher. There is great pizza restaurant 200m walk that does takeaway. We are already looking at returning next year, it was fantastic.
