Modern and cozy villa. On the 1st floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one with 2 single beds (suitable as a double bed). TV, air conditioning and closet are available in each room. 3 bathrooms, two on the first floor, 1 bathroom on the ground floor and an extra toilet. Kitchen with cooking island is equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, toaster, microwave oven, oven, geffr.-Fridge. Heated pool (7x4 m) available. Covered terrace and garden lounge with sea views available.
