We were very satisfied with the contact with Markus. Ms. Ljuba handed over the very clean apartment to us on site, which fully corresponded to the pictures. Overall, we liked it very much and we can recommend the apartment without reservation.

Nice, clean and fully equipped apartment. Good neighbourhood, a little bit farther from the sea, then we expected. Private garden with sea wiew. The host was nice and comunicative.

We had a really good time in Istria. The apartment is a very good base for visiting the region. The main highway is only a few km away allowing for good connections to all the main cities and towns. Pool and tennis court an added bonus. The apt is easy to use with a lovely balcony area where you can sit out and enjoy the weather and scenery. Very good communications with the owners.

We had a great stay! The apartment was really cozy, extremely clean and of a good size for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). Especially the large lovely balcony we enjoyed very much. The very best part was the amazing pool, which was huge, clean, and there were only a few other users of it during our stay. The tennis court was also a big hit with both our kids and us parents. On top of all this, we had a really good communication with Tanja and Anika, who were some super good and sweet hosts. We wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend a stay in the apartment. A huge thank you to Tanja and Anika.

This apartment exeeded our expectations. It was very central to the village restaurants and a short drive away to local attractions. recently refurbished it was clean and had everything we needed. The view of the coast was excellent from the large balcony. Good parking.

Beautiful spacious cottage with a lovely swimming pool. Beautiful bedrooms, spacious living room and a great kitchen. The cottage was sparkling clean and equipped with every comfort. The host is very kind and extremely helpful. You share the swimming pool with other guests. That worked out well with us 😉 Highly recommended. 👌🏻

We had a beautiful stay in Novasol Larissa, with our family of 4. Neat and modern, equipped with all comforts, privacy guaranteed, a sweet owner and good contact,... we felt right at home, highly recommended! The house is quietly located in a typical cozy village, but ideal for visiting the region. We could have kept living there 😊

very nice accommodation, clean and well-equipped. The 3 terraces are pleasant as well as parking. quiet area with no activity. The village of Tar is a 2min drive and access to the center of Lanterna has been given to us very good value for money and welcoming person (too bad the person didn't speak English) i would recommend

We had a very pleasant vacation in this wonderful penthouse. The house is cared for in every detail and is equipped with every comfort. Beautiful is the terrace with a hot tub and a sea view where you can relax watching the Istrian sunsets. Kindness and courtesy of Stefan and Annette are certainly an added value.

Nice, clean and cheap apartment outside Novigrad city -> 2km from city-center. Two tourist camps nearby with a lot of beaches. We were satisfied with our staying here.

Super nice hosts, we felt very comfortable! We even got fresh towels during our stay, which we liked very much. Our questions and requests were quickly answered and implemented. The location of the house is great, you can find peace and yet you are in Porec center in 7 minutes.

The apartment is beautiful and decorated with a lot of love. There is everything you need for a vacation and the kitchen is also very well equipped. The style is modern and overall just harmonious. The highlight is the whirlpool on the roof terrace. Denisa is a great host and always available. We felt right at home and would come back anytime.

Emanuel and his family are very nice and accommodating hosts. We were very happy to stay in the accommodation and would also be happy to come back. The garden and hot tub invite you to relax. Novigrad can be easily explored by foot or by bike.

We felt so comfortable with Leticija and her family. From the first day, the hospitality was felt and Leticija's son Marino and his wife took care of all concerns. Great place a few minutes from the city centre and shops. The hot tub hits the spot.
