Villa Katarina & Luka is part of the old stone house constructed 1937., and was completely renovated and upgraded 2010., where attention was paid to natural materials, stone and wood, and that he does not disturb the native style. Villa Katarina & Luka is composed of a ground floor, first floor and attic of 110 m2. Capacity is 4 people. The ground floor consists of living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom (shower, toilet), from the living room open onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden, patio and pool. Our stay at Barbara's was just great! We felt very comfortable right from the start, because the apartment was not only cozy and wonderfully protected from the heat, but also equipped with everything you could wish for. Especially the great terrace and the perfectly equipped kitchen made our stay very pleasant. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was really complete – there was nothing missing! Barbara herself was just wonderful. She always responded quickly to our questions and gave us many great tips for the area. Her friendly and helpful manner made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this apartment!

From the first to the last contact, Hope and Velibor took great care of our well-being, responded to questions - no matter what - immediately. We also found it very nice that the bathrooms were equipped with toothbrushes/pasta, shower gel and soaps. There were also plenty of toilet paper and bath towels for the beach. In the kitchen there was a welcome greeting with two bottles of wine, cheeses, salamis, ham, olive oil provided for us. The house with its lovingly furnished furniture, accessories and also the beautifully landscaped outdoor facilities with pool and various seating areas invited you to linger with the family and also sometimes alone. Also nice is the barbecue area, which can be used with a cozy seating set protected from rain. A pool table was often used by us! We felt very comfortable and are very happy to recommend this house with its owners! We liked it so much that we'd love to come back👍🤗

The house consists of an apartment with a large and functional kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The highlight, however, is definitely the beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The hosts are very kind and always available. The area, a small village in the beautiful Istrian countryside, is a perfect base for visiting the area's main tourist attractions. In a word, if you are in the area, do not hesitate to contact Kristina for the apartment. This is a real gem. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Away from the noise, very quiet and beautiful. Exactly what we were looking for. At the same time, beaches, Poreč and Rovinj, and Motovun and other cities are close by car. The house is very clean, new and cozy. Lovely big yard. It feels like the hosts care about their guests. There is everything you need. We were very carefully greeted and at our request brought homemade vegetables. They also recommended us the local market and answered all your questions. Thank you for the wonderful house, hospitality and gifts. We may be back someday to live in silence and enjoy nature.
