Two minutes by car, you have a grocery store, a post office bakery, a pharmacy nearby and a grocery store. There are restaurants and cafes next to the sea. From the terrace you have a nice view of the sea, the historic town of Nin and other places. You have a long stretch of beaches with diverse and enchanting coves where the sea is beautiful and clean. There is parking and barbecue in the backyard.

This modern luxury villa has an amazing sea view and a 10,5x4m heated swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi. Located 17 km from historical city of Zadar, it has two floors, each with two bedrooms, modern kitchen and cozy living room with a large terrace in front of the sea and quiet surroundings. Every room has a modern TV and AC unit and the house has beautiful garden and 600 sq/m of open space. Each balcony has an open dining table and there is a large fireplace with lounge set next to the pool.

Hello, we offer accommodation in a new apartment Suzana near the historical - Nin - with the most beautiful beaches in Croatia (Zadar 25min). Located directly on the ŽDRIJAC beach. The beach is SANDY, long, bright, with warm and clear water. Nice 3 bedroom apartment offers large terrace. The beach is directly in front of the apartment (first row of houses, direct panorama view). Playground, water sports, beach bars, restaurants, mini market (fresh fruits, vege and all you need) about 100 m away.

The accommodation was in a calm, quiet neighborhood and met all our needs. Megis everything was available. Bakery and grocery store are within walking distance. Beach, restaurants are a few minutes by car. Ivan was very friendly and helpful. She met all our requests, responded to everything right away, she was the perfect host. We'll be back if we can.

Nice, comfortable accommodation for a large family. Air conditioning, TV, kitchen appliances - everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sociable hostess who helps to get used to a new place. It is a two-minute walk to the sea.

What a wonderful stay in Zadar!! The villa is stunning with a beautiful pool and outside area and 6 rooms, 5 with en suite bathrooms! We had such a lovely time and the hosts were very helpful and kind. It’s around 25 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes into Zadar and 10 minutes from Nin. Throughly recommend especially if you can get a car!

To the host: Always happy to stay with Andrej. Communication went well. Always responded directly to questions and gave tips. Even before the start of the trip, all questions were clarified in advance and at check-in, even with our late arrival, enough time was invested to show us the accommodation. I'd give Andrej 5 out of 5. About the accommodation: very nice villa. Everything still of the latest and good standard. Although there were minor problems with electricity and hot water boilers, help was provided fairly quickly. Teething problems with a new building, I would say. Also the direct environment does not necessarily correspond to the vacation standard of everyone, because around it still very many construction sites cloud the picture. However, that was not a problem for us. Thanks for the lovely holiday, Andrej.
