Holiday rentals with beach access in Općina Župa Dubrovačka

Suncica was a friendly and responsive host to our questions. The accommodation is well located close to the airport (10 min) and served by a bus that runs every half hour to go to Dubrovnik. The accommodation is well equipped and quiet.

The accommodation is very nice and clean. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Great view from the terrace. Antonio and Maja are very kind and attentive.😊

This stay was one of the best stays we have had so far during travelling. The location was great and very close to the beach. Mlini is a beautiful place if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik. There are quite a few nice beaches in walking distance and the boats leave from right infront of the stay. The host Ivanna was very friendly. Not only did she give us a warm welcome she also provided us with a lot of good tips about places and restaurants to visit. We would definitely go back again.

Katica was super friendly and accommodating. Breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea! So many great recommendations too!

Fantastic hosts and apartment. Very helpful and responsive on messages. Our hosts couldn’t do enough to help us, even arranging airport pick up and drop off at unsocial hours. Great apartment with lovely outside space. Two bed apartment but rooms were off separate areas so both bedrooms were private with two bathrooms. Location was excellent and just a little up the hill from the beach but easily walkable. Would definitely recommend.

We spent a night here and could not have been happier. Super kind host and only 18 minutes drive from the airport and to Dubrovnik old town. Very comfortable and clean place. There is a Lidle 2 minutes drive away. Highly recommended. :)

Really loved the stay at Karolina’s. Really great especially for the price. View is great, beautiful gardens and a short (if steep!) walk down to the sea/beach. We took a boat to Dubrovnik and bus back which was easy. Lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby and all the facilities you need in the apartment. As others have noted, it’s a bit tucked away up a small path and we got lost a few times! There’s a busy road to cross which took a bit of care. Just make sure you make a note/photo of which path takes you back and it’s fine.

We visited Mlini in May and stayed at Ivo and Inge's apartment with our two children. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and perfectly suited for our needs. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea and the garden. The apartment had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we cooked in the kitchen every day. Ivo kindly picked us up from the airport and took us back, which was more than generous. The fridge was stocked with essential groceries upon our arrival, so we didn't have to rush to the store immediately. Ivo and Inge were also very considerate of our children. Our stay was wonderful, and Mlini is a peaceful and beautiful village, perfect for returning to after trips to the bustling Dubrovnik and other more touristy areas. Thank you!

Marko was an excellent host! He was responsive via text before and during our stay, and met us at check in and check out to make sure we were settled. The apartment is beautiful and well worth the price. The place was clean, the bedrooms had aircon, the kitchen was well stocked! The host also provided us with fruit and drinks on arrival, which was lovely! Having an outdoor patio area was such a lovely bonus, with sun loungers, seating, a parasol, outdoor shower, a barbecue and a full outdoor dining table! The patio out front got sun the entire day, so was perfect for sunbathing! Perfect location! Overlooking the beach, easy to go for a dip! Large supermarket nearby. Well serviced by buses to Dubrovnik! The only downside I can think of is that there is no aircon in the other rooms, so the sitting room and the kitchen were very hot and so weren't comfortable to spend time in, and there were lots of biting flies outside in the evening. Beautiful place, thank you for having us!

We had a very nice stay. Edina and her husband have been excellent hosts. Due to the location, a car is recommended over the time of the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa! The location was great to walk to the beach and resturants in the area. Plus, good location to travel north or south for day trips. We rented a car but we could have walked to harbor and taken the water taxi into Dubrovnik or Cavtat. The beach was lovely - clear, clean water for swimming and water sports. Hosts were very friendly! Slept great on all the beds - nice linens provided. The villa was perfect size/spacious for our family of 5 (parents and 3 adult children). The kitchen is well equiped, some basics were provided to start our stay (including coffee and filters!!). Loved the pool (used every day) and terrace areas.

Fig and Oak is in a beautiful location. It has a well equipped kitchen and 2 lovely areas outside to sit and eat. It is tranquil and teaming with butterflies, insects and wildlife. It is a clean and comfortable, converted farmhouse. Katarina is the most attentive host, always responding promptly to any questions, with constructive help. It is a 20/30 minute walk to Mlini on a relatively quiet road - okay for adults, with care, but not great with baby in buggy. Car is essential if you have a baby or toddler. Overall, a fantastic place in a great location but not particularly baby/toddler friendly.

I had a great time at Vlaho's place! Vlaho and Tea were very communicative and helpful and I had a great time in Croatia :)

We had a wonderful stay at Ivo’s place. It’s perfectly located - peaceful and surrounded by mountains - and yet it’s just a short drive from the Old Town (Ubers were cheap, £10 for an XL). The house is very spacious, and the garden is amazing - well kept and with lots to do with the pool, deck chairs, snooker table, table tennis, playground and bbq. Ivo and his family gave us a really warm welcome on arrival, and even brought us a homemade cheesecake one day! I’d recommend this stay to anyone.

Katarina was a very nice and pleasant host, she waited for us even though we arrived later than we thought.

Very nice and brand new apartment! Very friendly and helpful host. Beautiful surroundings. View of the sea. High climb to the shop and many stairs to the sea but all worth it!

Vesna was super friendly and welcoming to us through the stay and even prior to our arrival. She was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay, plus gave great recommendations for things to do. Her place was exactly as the pictures show and was a walkable distance to beaches and the old town. And the view from the apartment speaks for itself- amazing. We would happily return again!

The place was clean, well located & a respite from the hot, humid weather. Be prepared to climb a LOT of stairs, but this is true throughout Dubrovnik. Loved the garden & terrace… an escape inside the busy city walls!

Iva is a wonderful host who communicates well, gives easy to follow instructions and great recommendations. The location was ideal for exploring the walled city. Nothing was far. Excellent choice for us.

We had a warm welcome by Ivana and she was helpful throughout our stay and happily arranged the taxi from and to the airport. Krešo was very helpful and friendly too. Lapad is such a lovely location, my 11 yrs old daughter said she had the best holiday ever 😊

Exceptional Experience with Ivana! Beautiful place! We can't say enough good things about our stay with Ivana in old Town, Croatia! After our original Airbnb turned out to be dirty and not as advertised, we were fortunate to find Ivana. We stayed at her location for four nights, and she went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Ivana’s Airbnb was very well decorated, clean & cute, creating a lovely atmosphere for our time there. It was also perfectly located near tons of restaurants and shops, making everything very walkable and convenient. Ivana greeted us with homemade lemonade and limoncello, which set the tone for our stay. She even helped us find and walked us over to meet our next Airbnb host, ensuring a seamless transition (bc hers was previously booked over the next ten days!). She went above and beyond. We are so grateful for everything Ivana did for us and highly recommend staying at her condo if you're looking for a wonderful host in Croatia! Thank you so much!
