Studio "Hesperides" in Braine-l'Alleud/Waterloo

This confortable and stylish studio is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and a living room with a breakfast bar and a sofabed. There is a private entrance and a terrace. The studio is adapted to a couple with a child/teenager but 3 adults can share it also. An infant can be accommodated in the living room. It is a good base for visits: Brussels Center is 40min away by car or train. Waterloo with its restaurants and shops is 3km away. The Memorial 1815 is 5km away.

Bienvenue dans La Maison de Mel Située en plein coeur du Brabant Wallon , elle est le point de chute idéal pour toutes vos activités tant rurales que culturelles A seulement 500m , la gare de Lillois et ses commerces Proche des 2 aéroports nationaux Sa décoration sobre , épurée avec un côté cosy qui vous promet d'y passer de magnifiques moments . L'ensemble de la maison vous offre une surface totale d'environ 200m2 C'est avec un énorme plaisir que je vous y accueillerai. Mélissa.

Un appartement très lumineux dans un havre de paix

Parce que nous sommes chrétiens, nous accueillons de la même manière, toute personne quelles que soient ses origines, ses croyances ou sa religion. A chacun, nous voulons réserver le meilleur accueil et favoriser une rencontre empreinte d'humanité dans le respect et la fraternité. Notre appartement indépendant offre un large espace de vie; de construction récente, il garde la fraîcheur malgré son orientation plein sud. La terrasse et le jardin attenant vous sont réservés.

Logement indépendant.

Mon logement indépendant est idéalement situé. Verdoyant, calme et à proximité immédiate de la gare(30 min vers Centre de Bruxelles, 20 min vers Charleroi). A un jet de pierre du Lion de Waterloo. Quelques magasins dont 2 Delhaize sont a 5 min à pied. Restaurants accessibles a pied également. Le parking est aisé et gratuit. La région possède de charmantes villes telles que Nivelles(5 min), Waterloo( 8 min), Ittre (10 min). Le petit jardin pour les fumeurs est un plus!

Saint Germain A 40 m2 gîte, quiet and elegant, ideally located near the center of Waterloo, the train station, and major motorways, 5 minutes from the fields. Simple, well equipped, comfortable, with a pretty terrace which opens onto a wild but welcoming garden. We designed it with care and kindness. In a green setting, in the center of Belgium, close to all highways, a part of our 70's house has been converted into a studio with all modern conveniences and comfort to accommodate 2 adults and a baby / child: tv, high speed internet / Netflix, king size bed, washing machine / dryer, WC dressing, walk-in shower, complete kitchenette ... Totally privatized (entrance, parking, garden, terrace), without vis-a-vis your privacy will be respected.

This charming 55-m2 studio is located at the end of a quiet blind alley. Decorated with taste, it comprises a bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Nice and quiet atmosphere, perfect for working or resting. In the countryside and very close to Brussels’ Grand Place (20 km), Louvain-La-Neuve (15km) or Waterloo (6 km). Just a few minutes drive away from Genval Station.

A BBQ is available on request. It is 800m from the station and a 20-minute walk from the centre. The Lion of Waterloo and its new museum are 10 minutes away. Free parking is available in the street.
